Hey Guys, I will be in colorado tuesday and Im looking in to possibly opening up a cannabis dispensary and live there any tips or things I should know before opening up a shop?

Um your not gonna be able to open a dispensary unless you already have a grow going that can supply 70% of your shop and your are not grandfathered into the residency requirement if you werent here before December 15, 2009. BZZZ WRONG!A plant late in flower is dying..It stops exchanging root exudes for P and K, uses up it's reserves, and essentially flushes itself. The soil web dies\goes dormant since the master controller and food source is dying. Why form a symbiotic relationship with a dying plant?
The organic nutrients in the soil are in locked form, so there is no food for the plant. Where we agree is that If I where to feed guano teas late in flower the 1% that is plant-available will be taken up by the plant's roots causing bad organic medicine. An organic "flush" is simply a couple weeks of feeding just water. The plant flushes itself!

That is actually what I said. And yes, the plant is dying, but you have to harvest it AFTER the peak THC potency to harvest it when it is "auto-flushing". And yes, all I said to flush organically in soil is feed with water the last few weeks. THis is exactly what I said, how did you prove me wrong?

If I were just getting here I wouldn't even get a state license. I WOULD get a doctor's recommendation for edibles (higher plant count recommendation) and that's it. And then I'd stay underground. And it might be a good idea to get a good attorney who specializes in mmj on retainer after your first harvest.
Yes, sad to say but it might not be worth the risk of playing ball with the state anymore. A lot of caregivers are getting visited lately. Makes me wonder if our private info is being acquired by LEO for the sole purpose of invading and harassing us.
Also, fuck em. Why send them $90? The CDPHE MMR don't do shit. They do less than shit, they actually cause problems, stress, are uncompassionate and just generally do god awful work. I don't think they deserve our money any longer.

If 300 are sent out daily, and 1,000 come in daily, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that some people will NOT get their card until it has been legalized. Then what did you pay the money for?

The only way I see around all of this BS is that in Nov when Sensible Colorado has the new ballot measure.. go VOTE or donate money, time, whatever to sensible colorado. It will make possession or growing legal for anyone in Colorado over the age of 21 to grow 6 plants (3 can be mature, mature meaning a plant over 12" tall) amd I think up to 1 oz. This will be the only way around the whole ridiculous crap they are trying to pass to make small outfits like me have to close doors or go underground.
