So I hate to report this but I got busted.
After leaving nursing school I got blurped then asked to step out of the car, was handcuffed and detained immediately. They wouldn't tell me what for except that they had a witness testify to me selling. Mind you the last time I "sold" anything was the 1/2 i gifted to my buddy with MS for $100. I don't sell regularly and if I do it's to qualified patients ONLY.
Well they had a search warrant and I can't even walk in my room it's so destroyed. They took ALL medicine and my (seed) genetics. I have 5 pages of confiscated items 50+ items total. But all in all I had only maybe 1/4 lb. I keep small amounts of everything and savor the flavors, how do I explain that to a jugde though? Right next to my medicine was a scale which I used to measure out my nightly dosage, so since there was that and a box of ziplock bags they threw on a FELONY sales charge?!? I guess from a blind persons perspective I understand what it looks like, but if you know me I am not about PROFIT I'm about being a PROPHET. They also took my camera(s), phone, and laptop into evidence.
Any info on what to expect, what to do, what lawyer to get ect. would be extremely helpful.
I'm not a religious man, but please pray for me. A felony would diminsh my hopes of being a nurse/doctor.

After the fact edit: Also took my safe which had my tuition money ($2100)in it and they are considering it drug money. I also had some mushies and blank doctors scripts in there so I don't know what to expect.
Today I went to my arrainment(sp?) and was told they haven't filed charges yet. I have been in contact with 2 lawyers and I'm leaning towards Tony Serra's law office. Supposedly if this goes to trail the person who snitched will have to testify, that I am very anxious to see.
Don't know what else to say. I honestly feel that I'm a responsible productive member of society and I am facing felony charges, which would change my life for the worse.
Any advice or words of wisedom would be greatly appreciated.
