Started From Seed about a month ago, used Rapid rooter plugs as starter's.. worked beautifully 8/8 Germinated (4 of each).

Their currently sitting in 1 gallon bags under constant 24hr light, I'm feeding them about every 2-3 days as they need, currently feeding at about 1/2 strength Sensi Grow being that is only in week 3 of veg. increasing as they grow.. most of the plants are a little over 16 inches or so in height from the top of the soil. Temp's are steady in the 64-72F range depending on time of day, RH is between 40-50%

Anyone have any experience with Bud Candy(combo of carboload and sweet leaf) from Advanced Nutrients? used during flowering...


I'll be postin pic's of my ladies in a few days, Any advice welcome

I start training at 2 weeks from when roots pop out the bottom. Doing a little squeeze here and there, or a twist. You are well established already. You can beat the shit out of those fuckers.

As for transplant, I have 5 yr old mothers in tiny 4inch square pots, it just requires some root pruning every few months. That should tell you that all things depend on your specific circumstances.

The general rule is:

0-3 weeks= root cube
2-6 weeks= 4-inch pot
6-8 weeks= 2-gallon pot
2-3 months= 3-gallon pot
3-8 months= 5-gallon pots
6-18 months=10-gallon pot

If you use Airpots (google that shit) you could use much smaller pots for much longer periods.

Thanks Metameric, I just transplanted them into 5 gallon bags, gonna start training some of the branches this week to try and maximize space use, still got a good 2 weeks of veg left, can't rush beauty lol...

Ok quick update, they are officially going strong in week 4 of Veg. Added something new to the arsenal... Any one use Super tea mix(GAL) from The guano company?.. stopped feeding nutrients this week, going plain water with tea mixed in at ~2 tablespoons per gallon of plain water to try and reduce any fatal build up and avoid lockout... switching back next week. Thier all FINALLY transplanted into 5 gallon bags after running out of soil lol.. staked and tied, It took most of em a day or less to bounce back & explode with new growth after transplant .. will be postin update pics this weekend.. what a difference in just 3 short days!

5-6 week veg time seem to long?, I have about 6 1/2-7 feet roughly of clearance and their inching towards allmost 2 feet in height.

you should probably flip them soon....you dont really have 6 and 1/2 right because you need to distance the light probably at least a foot? do you know how much theyll stretch...i dont no im always worried about them ending up too tall...shits happened to me before and it suckssss

LOL the beauty of growing NEW genetics, I've *heard* the purple wreck is a slow vegger... the c99 x chem dog kush is a private cross with little to no info avail. which doesn't help much(BUMPS Krizznapp)... guess that's part of the fun huh?.. and yes roughly more like 6 lol I keep not including the space between the canopy and the glass... currently with the hood cooling it is virtually heatless to the touch... but too close and the 4 outter plants light intensity diminishes... I was thinking one more week max and kicking it up to 600watts on the ballast and possibly reducing to 18/6 for the last week of veg b4 12/12.. not sure how beneficial this might be.. Set to water tom. again with plain water with super tea mix(the guano company) at 2tbls a gallon. they seem to be loving it ... YES that is a dripper system...got tierd of hand watering + you know how scandalous it looks pulling a hose into your garage or filling watering cans and walking back n forth? rofl.. easiest and best thing I've done to make it easier inbetween mait.

What Genetics you running Buddin?.. if you don't mind me asking. I have some Satori(mandala seeds) and M.O.D.'s Cinnamon Haze(jack herrer x arjans haze) and a freebie pack of original haze x skunk #1 for my next run if I decide to mix it up a bit(LOVE me some variety.. since we seem to LACK it out here).

Hey csedge, thanks for stopping by .. yea I've noticed...I figured in 4 weeks it would be over 2 feet but they are slowly inching past atm. I've had purple urkle and trainwreck before.. and LOVED both so I doubt I'll go wrong on this cross. How long did you wait before flipping yours into flower?.. Do they benefit from a longer veg time?... Did it have much of a stretch when you flipped?

Ok SO we are officially in Flower mode , flipped the lights this morning... after a nice 4 week long veg. I decided it was time.. theres only 6 1/2ft of clearance from the top of the tent minus 2ft for light positioning from canopy.. and their past 2ft in height so I don't wanna risk a mass stretch from longer veg. time.

Hey Dani.. yea me 2 , chem dog is by far one of my fav. strains.. next to soul diesel, and from what I hear the c99 is a wicked fine lady, can't wait to see the resaults!.. WILL be some of the *FIRST* pics up on the net of this cross ... STAY TUNED... will be doing weekly updates on this one if possible.. half a week into flowering already.

Small Update : 5 confirmed males... chopped, and the suspect 1 which showed the same growth pattern and bitty male preflowers was chopped(not taking chances)... so all in all I got 2 healthy females from the bunch(loving the breathing room now.. gives 'em a chance to branch out more), 6 spots opened up in my flowering room... gonna pick n start my next strain... not sure which to go with... Satori? Jack Herrer x arjans haze? original haze x skunk#1? their all sativa dominant I believe.

nice one your gonna get some juicy nugs off them. mine were not much bigger when i stuck em under my 600watter almost trippled in size just waiting for the buds to fatten up now. i used fem seeds for my grow so didnt have a problem with males. had to destroy half my plants because of a faulty batch of seeds but the seed company sent me some replacements.

good luck with the rest of your grow, your hard work is gonna start paying off soon.
