they won't die if you do the right by them, you could be underfertilising them too so test the soil ph for one, make sure it's in the appropriate range for whatever medium you have, 6 is normally safe in most. if it's really low (5.5 or lower) or above 7 it could be that you're starving them as the nutes are going to be locked out of the plant and they can't absorb it. if it's in a reasonable range then you might be right that it's over feeding them and you can flush the medium with just plane water normally 3.5 times as much water as much medium as you're using. make sure to let it drain properly though so you don't suffocate the plant. best of luck buddy
thanku. much appreciated. i have flushed them and im giving them a couple of days or so to dry out. and i will cut down on the nutes. the ph is ranging from 6-7.
keep it closer to 6. anything over 6.8 is likely to be bad no matter what medium pretty much
