you all are hinging your whole season on one player what happens if Kobe goes down, in the famous voice of howard cosell, Down go the Lakers , down go the Lakers, we lost KG and still went to the playoffs, would the Lakers without Kobe no, unless it was the last day of the season hahaha, would there other 2 of their so called big three lead them to the playoffs and won a round uh huh,,,,,we can do this all day haha lol,,,but its pointless when we know the Celtics are the best lol,,,peace bro have a good one

what happened when ray allen and paul pierce where put in that position when KG went down? where was your starbury when the spotlight was on? did they overcome, or did they fold? didn't that orlando team that beat you in 7 lose the finals to the lakers in 5?

Boston lost in the east. Take Kobe off the lakers, put them in the east and they still have a chance to come out. Boston in the west is another story. And even mentioning Big Baby in your title hopes shows that its nothin but false hope.

The Hawks are gonna be a reasonably good team in 09/10...Johnson, Crawford, Smith, Horford, Bibby and Williams..but the thing is..where do you put Crawford who is a scoring guard? they already have a PG in Bibby and a SG in Johnson...Crawford would be pissed coming off the bench I'm sure..interesting.
What do ya'll think of Blake Griffin going to the Clippers number one tomorrow? I think he'll be able to produce solid numbers if he's given enough playing time..but they have a clogged up frontcourt right now with Kaman, Randolph and Camby..I'm wondering who they'll move to free up space for Griffin.

It's gonna be interesting to see how the Clippers work him into the team.
Ideally I think they should try to shop Randolph but that's easier said than done considering his history and the amount of money he's making right now. He is almost guaranteed a double double every game though and he'd be a great addition to alot of different teams if only his attitude and locker room presence were better. They'll probably have to package him with someone else if that's the route they take.
Even if they can't move anyone though, Camby, Randolph, and Kaman all missed a decent amount of time last year and I can't see Griffin being healthy for 82 games either, so he'll get his fair share of time anyways due to all the injuries this team is plagued with. No matter what they should have a solid front court going and if Baron stays healthy and Eric Gordon continues to improve, they should be a much better team this year.
Did anybody here the celtics offered rondo and allen, for hamilton prince and stocky(?). looks like idoreallytry is the only one who believes in that team. lol

Where are you guys getting all this information about Boston and Rondo possibly being traded? I'd be shocked if that happened, he's the future of that team.
Same with Stuckey. Detroit claimed time and time again last season that Rodney is the only player on the team that they absolutely would not deal. Anyone and everyone else they'll entertain offers but Stuckey is a lock.
I guess if either team were to deal those guys, a swap between the two would make the most sense, since both teams will still end up with young point guards who are gonna have very bright futures, but I just can't see either team making that deal. It'd be fuckin' sick to have Tayshaun on the Celts though.
The Shaq deal hasn't actually been completed yet but it looks like a done deal.
