Oh and Dave, feel free to pm me. I know you get your rocks off on shitting from your mouth all over the boards but damn.... don't you have any self respect.

Just wanted to set the record straight. First of all the bill fucking states that no two CAREGIVERS can co-op. Im talking about co-oping with dispensaries and licensed growers. Second my info about what it will cost to bring in amps is what I got from the city of ft collins. Maybe they don't know what they're talking about.
All of my info comes from multiple sources and well respected lawyers in CO. Im not just running around spouting my mouth off putting up 400+ posts in a few months. YOU CAN SUCK MY DICK and keep growing pot in your basement. It wont last long. :comfort:
Who the fuck do you think your are? This is why I'm not on this site anymore. What are the dispensaries giving you for your closet weed buddy?

Oh, and the info I gave out weeks ago the day of the hearing was from..... guess what? The hearing itself. I was fucking listening to it live. I was offering the info as just that. Info. Im not your fucking lawyer, and I wouldnt expect you to say "bowlpacks said it was cool, officer, what the fuck?" YOU sir are an asshole and, from the combination of the amount of posts you have in such a short period of time, and other tell tail signs, your riding on OUR coattails. We've been here for years and years, doing our thing. You didnt even know what a hydro store looked like until last summer. PRICK
Check it out I've been here under this name since 06. Two screen names before that and on OG years before that. I know people here. You ruin it for everybody.
I know its exciting to be able to buy clones from a store and have the guy at the counter tell you how to grow it, then hop on here and be like "look how many lights I can run on the outlets in a bedroom and a bathroom!", but you should calm down and go outside. HAHAHAHA It's nice this time of year...
Oh yeah, and why don't you smoke some weed or something. That should take the prick right out of your attitude/mouth.

Show us how stupid you are...idiot. Co-ops are forbidden, whether it's caregivers or dispensaries!!! No 2 "licensed" caregivers/MMC's can Co-op. Also, last I checked, Excel or whatever power company you use, sets it's prices, not the city...and they have to go thru the PUC to set their pricing...the PUC is setup to protect consumers. Also, you are billed for "Kilowatt Hours Used" not AMPs...and if they wanted to charge me $2100 for that I would go this route http://mysolarmall.com/gopower120weekender.aspx

I've been planning to go off the grid and I want to get 3 of these for a piece of property I have that has a well, just no power....I have a plan....do you??

I may not have been here since this site's conception like you, but I have been growing, probably since before you were born. In fact, my felony conviction for growing dates back to 1979.

Now, if you want to have an "intelligent" dialog/debate, we can do that anytime...

Seems to me that you are just a mad little man, with "computer warrior" syndrome...having to call someone who doesn't agree with you names...

So yes, you were "spouting" BS. Again, no 2 growers/caregivers/MMC's will be allowed to coop under this bill...

Also...it shows how much you know, again "spouting" last I checked, this was a lil larger than a closet....

Again, you show your ignorance...

You see, I never attacked you and called you outta your name...a lil too juvenile for me. Last I checked....personal attacks were against the site's TOS...

Your PS says it all...."common respect", something you lack!!!

Also, listening to the hearings is quite a bit different than attending and testifying, like I have been doing....you can listen to the live stream and you only get so much info, unlike when you are there in person and can see/hear everything being discussed, not only the testimony...

Now, when you can actually have a dialog instead of a "name-calling" session...I will gladly have a back-and-forth with you, until then, you just ignore me....and I will do the same!!!

THE OPERATION OF THIS ARTICLE SHALL BE STATEWIDE UNLESS A MUNICIPALITY, COUNTY, CITY, OR CITY AND COUNTY, BY EITHER A MAJORITY OF THE REGISTERED ELECTORS OF THE MUNICIPALITY, COUNTY, CITY, OR CITY AND COUNTY VOTING AT A REGULAR ELECTION OR SPECIAL ELECTION CALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE "COLORADO MUNICIPAL ELECTION CODE OF 1965", ARTICLE 10 OF TITLE 31,C.R.S., OR THE "UNIFORMELECTIONCODE OF 1992", ARTICLES 1 TO 13 OF TITLE 1, C.R.S., AS APPLICABLE, OR A MAJORITY OF THE MEMBERS OF THE GOVERNING BOARD FOR THE MUNICIPALITY, COUNTY, CITY, OR CITY AND COUNTY, VOTE TO PROHIBIT RETAIL SALE, DISTRIBUTION, CULTIVATION, AND DISPENSING OF MEDICAL MARIJUANA.

So now municipalities will be able to ban patients from cultivating? That's fucking rad.

I'm telling you they are trying to put an end to "legal" marijuana( at least put a serious halt on it)..I mean I'm sure LEO is freaking out because they have to deal with real criminals now..meth heads and drunks can't be too much fun to deal with..potheads are a nice easy target, usually non-violent..Shit I'd want to make my job easier too.

I vote we start regulating the fast food industry.. Way more health issues stem from them..imagine you can't have a fast food restaurant with-in 1000 feet of another one, a school, ect..Why not do it to liquor stores, bars, gas stations.. I think america probably died long before I was born, but I'm pretty sure this wasn't the plan from the beginning.. As all these new regulations pass, our constitutional rights are slowly fading away..

plus they usually have about 10+ half put together cars/ washing machines in their yard to navigate, could get dangerous in the dark. Meth labs make big explosions too.

That looks to go directly against the amendment so it would be challenged right away. I would guess as long as you have 6 plants you should win if you had to go to court.

Still sucks and lets hope this bill goes down in flames

Did they keep in the 16 patient caregiver for communities that have banned MMC's?
Not sure, i just read the updates to the bill in the Westword. Haven't had a chance to look through the whole thing.

Yeah Trip, but so does most of this bill unfortunately.

In other news:
In the meantime, Senator Chris Romer is making noises about more changes -- specifically to ban 21-and-under patients from going to medical marijuana dispensaries, and to set non-refundable licensing fees at the centers somewhere between $10,000 and $35,000 -- not quite the $50,000 figure that set off advocates and satirists last week, but much higher than many mom-and-pop dispensaries could manage.

I swear Romer and Rod Blagojevich go to the same barber...

I can't make the hearing but I really hope someone lays into them about the felony deal, that is total bullshit if you have a totally clean record except for one cultivation charge.

no violence just growing charges.

most of the best growers that have been doing this over a decade have been pinched before.

Great cant wait to read it.

Looks like your link is broke http://www.huffingtonpost.com/robert...in-high-medic_ b_551354.html

HB 1284 requires the state to go, hat in hand, to the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and request that the federal DEA "reschedule" marijuana from a Schedule I substance to a Schedule II substance. Lately here, the DEA's favorite pastime has been to laugh in Colorado's face when it comes to medical marijuana. However, in this instance, the DEA's inevitable laughter at Colorado's rescheduling request would be justified, since HB 1284 somehow ignores that it is the U.S. Congress, not the DEA, which sets the schedules for drugs. Before requesting the DEA to do something it cannot do, the Colorado Legislature should keep its own house in order, and reschedule marijuana away from Schedule I in its own State-level classification, Colorado Revised Statutes section 18-18-203.

And will you be at the hearing tomorrow? Will he?? I will!!!!:tiphat:
I won't be there. I will be working with my patients, talking to lawyers, and busting my ass to prepare for the upcoming hoop jumping. Thanks for the negative rep, it further satisfies my thirst for people like you to soon be out of business.
On second thought. Maybe I will be there. If so, maybe you and I could have a little discussion about how to be a grownup. If, however, your aren't feeling to self righteous tomorrow, you could just... www.coloradochannel.net

Co-op as in share space, right? And when it comes to power I am talking about bringing in more power to the building. For example if you currently having 300amp service and you want to upgrade to 800 total it's gonna cost you $10,500. Get it? Does that make any sense to you? Not what the company is gonna charge for power, sweetie. I also think you are confused as to what a co-op is. I won't be asking other licensed growers or MMC's to share a grow space with me. (The point they want to make is that if they limit you to 5 patients each they dont want you and 10 of your buddies saying that you all work together and thats why there is 300 plants in your closet) There is no limit to the number of licenses that they will issue to any MMC. So I could have 100 dispensaries and 100 "optional" grows if I had the loot to hand over to these assholes. All would be licensed under me. Use your head buddy. For example2, If i own Davids dispensary and I want to grow enough variety and quality medicine to keep up I might "co-op" with like minded individuals, buy or rent a space and hire "employees" to grow my meds for me. No caregiver rights, no bullshit. Dispensaries will also be able to buy and sell 30% of their ON HAND inventory. So, David's dispensary might have a good wholesale agreement with other dispensaries. All of these people would be cooperating or working collectively. So I don't give a fuck when or what you got arrested for. That doesn't make you an industry shaker, it makes you an idiot.
I wasn't the one that started talking shit. I was giving people info (all of which had alot to say about how much they appreciated it) and you wanted to know why I heard it the way I heard it. I have no reason to lie. I was trying to help by spreading info around. Giving people certain things to look for and say "yeah i heard the same thing" or "they said this earlier, did it change?" etc. Its a forum in the purest form. YOU ARE TROLLING
Is that a walk in closet?:respect:

"acting grown-up"? It wasn't I that verbally assaulted you. I never called you outta your name and I sure didn't imply that you suck cock...

I think it's best we don't communicate as we obviously do not like each other...better for us....and alot more respectful to the others that are here..

....and yeah...I'll be there...and I will be testifying while you sit on your ass and whine to your lawyers. Me...I'll always have patients...whether I have to go back underground or not... Oh yeah...I've already "jumped" thru the hoops...all legal here....
