Awesome mate! :D My smallest yielder (that I actually bothered weighing) was 1.8 grams, so I'm just hoping I break that, lol.

Cool 1.8grams is the benchmark, Let's Roll.

I should mention that was in about 1.5 litres though, lol. But we can do this :) Thank you cheese. Stay tuned.

ha hahahaha Alright Scrub, I've been lurking around your thread thought I'd pop up to say alright. I'm still pretty busy going for the record for 'slowest ever cab build'. It's all looking nice and jungleee in yours though, interesting how you've let it grow up so much, even in a scrog, due to the nature of the strain. Good stuff!

looking tits mate! how do you find the plants go when you reuse them? how's the second yield and how do they grow mostly outwards instead of up? cheers bro keep up the good work!

Haha Strangely!! I saw you post on hoosier's thread and I couldn't believe you still haven't built it! :D Ah well, if you fail to plan, you plan to fail, so it will be worth all your study. I just didn't expect quite so much planning! Hehe. Thanks for the visit! Always nice to hear from ya.

Hiya Darwin, thanks a lot man. This is actually the first time I've performed a standard reveg and I haven't flowered them yet. I'll be dropping one outside to flower in the next few days hopefully so I'll keep you informed. I did grow a plant that someone had revegged and gave to me once but I ended up treating it with CS and turned it hermie, so it's hard to say.

Overall though, they seem pretty normal really - no particular bushiness about the new growth. The more reveg sites you leave on, the bushier it will be I guess. I tend to make everything bushy by default usually. :)

I've heard the high changes/matures on the second grow though - looking forward to testing that out.

I blame, owning own company, having a sprog, having a wife and obviously having questionable motivation...:

I really need to pull my finger out!

Ahhh okay you're excused then. I'm glad to be a one man band. :dance013:

Okay here are some of the veg plants. These guys barely get watered and not in such good shape, but good enough :)

This is the one heading outside soon with a 1 litre nute bottle for scale:

DSCF5315.JPG

There's a shit-ton of budsites and it should yield well, despite looking like crap right now. I water these guys with whatever they get, often really strong flower nutes. You can see how dry the coco is! The pot is usually bone dry and light as a feather every watering time. (no exaggeration - the root ball shrinks inside the pot). All the veg plants get treated like that : Coco cannot be underwatered, lulz.

It has 6 or so main branches which will be pegged down outside so it looks kind of like * from above. The longest branch is nearly 50cm right now if I stretch it out. I broke open the jar of this strain today and it's quality gear :yummy:

Anyways, this TWxPD clone is the next behind that:
DSCF5320.JPG

So once I remove the huge one, I'll repot this into the big one's net-pot thing and repeat the process, dumping it outside eventually.

And then there are also all these! It's tough fitting them all in:

Some of those will go out too I guess. Maybe all of them - they are too demanding!

Do you have a setup in every room?! ;) I'd love to be able to grow outdoors!!

Oh and when I say 'company' I mean 1 man band also (well 2 man band), I just meant when the works in you 'CRACK ON' (my favourite / most annoying saying in the studio).

That clone you're going to take outside is going to beastly. You could peg the branches down so they grow outwards like a squash or watermelon plant. then everything gets light. If height's an issue, that works. I used to know some old guy that would grow in his tomato garden in his back yard. He'd tie down every branch, let it grow out a tad, and then tie it down again. You get the picture. It's pretty sweet too because a lot of the plant gets a lot more light.

Ray, check out my highest yielding plant so far. Your friend knows what's up!

I tied down it's 4 or 5 branches on day 1 of flower (everything goes straight to flower here outside). 18 zips, 1.5 ft high, no popcorn, maybe a gram of semi fluffy stuff, otherwise every bud was like you see. Light is what it's about for sure. If I had just let it grow as a bush I would have got 6 to 8 oz at most and I couldn't have grown it where I did (my front yard). :D

Hey thanks guys : It's all good, I just have a lot of time to kill online most of the time. I got one of those purple leaves next to my name a few times and I actually didn't like it! Makes you stand out, and that's not such a good thing when you're all smoked up and paranoid, lol.

A ninja hides in the shadows ;).

lol- yeah i m something of a ninja myself. i always wanted to get the suit w/ the hood and the tabi. but, a friend of mine did get one and it wasn't as cool as it looked in the advertisement:comfort:

i don't suppose i would want as much attention either

Xmobotx, the jiffy grow is for the overwhelmingly popular Jiffy Challenge! So far I'm coming both first and last :

ha ha - i would participate in such a challenge if i could

idk - maybe i can get a card or caregiver status soon'ish

:respect: -right back

(everything goes straight to flower here outside):D

this late summer/fall i should do some guerrilla stuff in the woods - now that i know about pegging 'em down and such i could get some fantastic yields (all about the timing though - gotta be near the fall equinox {springs too cold - brrr})

I don't know exactly where you live, Scrub... but you saying the above got my stoney brain thinking and this is what I thought:

It is amazing and beautiful and grand to be alive at a time when I can have friends who live half a planet away and to be able to share tips, tricks, pictures and thoughts with a community of friends who I could not reach by any other means. It is super cool to see pictures of a garden growing far, far away and know that that garden is connected to my life in a small way (and that my garden is similarly connected.)

And people say there's no 'community feel' here.

Coco Cupboard and Friends, indeed.

Cheers!

Right on, Anti! Firmly agreed. It's awesome. :good: A big thank you to anyone posting their stuff because it gives us more to read and experience from a distance.

BTW I should clarify about "straight to flower". The day lengths only reach around 13 hours at the longest, so basically you can't veg them indoors at 13 hours, so there's always going to be that clash in timing, and anything that was under lights will break out in flowers, like the first day you leave it in sunlight, any time of year, is day 1 of flower. If you grow without artificial lighting, they will still veg normally from seed at the right times of year. Being that there's no snow or frost, you can still grow from seed (no lights) all year round, but at the wrong times of year, you'll just get stumpy little plants, maybe a couple of oz. That's when it's outdoor SOG time :D That huge plant above, plus several pounds worth of other plants were vegged with like 100w total of CFLs! And a little sunlight too ;) but overall, it's a very efficient way to grow.

Ray and XM, outdoors is great for sure. The only reason I haven't moved yet is because I'm holding off for the perfect spot, that allows me to do everything. I don't mind saying, ganja affects my life choices heavily :D If anyone's seen The Botany Of Desire, you will know what I'm sayin'. :)

Good luck Darwin. My first attempt failed, and my second one did too, lol. But that's no fault of the technique itself I think, just bad luck. Seems to be a lot of happy customers with CS. What I would do is get on ebay, type in 999 silver or even 9999 silver might be better and sort by cheapest price. I went with the wire form, and it's pretty convenient to wire up with a terminal (see pics). Cheap enough too - I think I paid roughly 20 bucks and it's pretty much a lifetime supply.

Definitely pay attention to jump117 and bicycle_racer as they seem to have pretty good technique. Filtering it seems to work well.
