Very nice bro, colors are looking great... The buds look real tasty too.

This original diesel looks alot like a cut of soma's NYCD I used to grow a while back. I know soma's NYCD was created from seed he's mate found in some bud, ie- from a hermie :D but not the ESCD I;m thinking it's probably from this one you have...

Does this cut you grow have a grapefruit dank aroma?

Thanks man, no grapefruit aroma, just pure skunky fuel. There is a relation to SD but not sure about NYCD, sounds like NYCD could have some diesel in it, but it sounds like we'll never know for sure.

Sour Diesel is (Chem 91 x (mass super skunk x northern lights)) x DNL
Original Diesel is Chem 91 x (mass super skunk x northern lights)
NYCD supposedly has a little bit of diesel in it, which one we'll never know. Soma was under the assumption that it was SD but Rez corrected him by saying that it isn't SD and rather some kind of "diesel."

Looking bomb in there homie! Happy harvest and 4/20 holiday, got some fire coming your way. Nice on the gdp, puffing some of that now.

Thanks bra, yeah going to have some fun here soon with trimming. Then I get to reap the rewards. GDP is some good stuff, I like the mellow high that it gives ya.

Great grow CTHC, they look fantastic. How do you like the magnum xxxl? I'm thinking about picking some up to replace my YM-II's for the summer heat. I've been watching my temps start to rise a bit also.

Thanks, the magnum is working real well, its really a great hood compared to my 6 year old cool sun reflector. I like the footprint that its given me, the cool sun never gave me a good enough footprint for the 4x4 table, and the magnum seems to be almost perfect for the 4x4. It also stays quite a bit cooler than my cool sun reflector.

hey man things are looking really really good!
i like the original sour diesel very much great yeild awesome smoke. its a good one for sure!!!

my buddy has been running 2600 over 4x8s for a while now... 4 rows of 7 plants... he's averaging 4lbs per table this way.

either way 600 or 1k more light = more buds

aloha!

Thanks, yeah I love OD, been my favorite smoke for quite a while now.

Thats cool sounds real close to the same set up as me, be interesting to see what kind of yield I'll get off these two tables, hopefully its the same yield as him.

Yeah for sure about the light, although light got too intense for the OD right under my hood, thats what made me think about it, although I think I'm going to get a hot spot diffusor for the cool sun hood. Hopefully that'll help.

i forgot to say my friends lights are set up 1k-600-1k

you have a good handle on how to grow i bet you'd equal/surpass what my friend does genes play a part though and the original sour diesel will do it!

edit: is that a can 66 w 6" fan?

Update: I'm at 72 days and I've chopped 3 plants so far, going to chop 2 everyday up until day 78 and 3 on the last day. They've been getting straight tap water for 2 days so far. I've had a few old timers smoke some quick dry nugs (bud taken off the stem and placed on satelite receiver) and they thought it was real good they were surprised that it had just been harvested a few days ago.

I'm installing 2 20 amp circuit breakers at the moment to help with the 3rd 1k, A/C, and Dehumidifier.

The new table is going good so far, the furtherst along on that table is 16 days. Probably get a new thread going for that one.

These pics are anywhere from 65-69 days and some of the pics were done with different lighting, no editing done.

Yeah makes sense with the lights, yeah the OD can be a yielder. Yep about the fan and filter combo, probably get a bigger scrubber for next grow.

Very fine job, bro. Inspiring!

Peace,

Thanks man.

"you must spread some reputation about before giving it to CannabisTHC again" Grrr :D

haha, yeah seems like you have to give rep to so many people before that goes away. Just had that problem.

such a nice table dammmmm

This grow turned out to be a nice one. Fine job of bringing some color through on that girl, looks like you should have loads of quality, stinky diesel :good:

looks like a nice setup. I agree with the ozone statement... makes everything taste like hay, unless it is set up correctly to vent the air out of the room.

Update: Sorry it took so long to reply seemed like the thread had disappeared until my buddy replied. The smoke is tasting very good now and is nice and smooth. I've been loving the bubble hash that I made with it, probably a little too much :dance013:.

Most of the crop as well as the bubble hash has gone out to patients and there has been some outstanding replies.

My other 4x4 table with GDP & BMR (before bog closed shop) is getting close to being finished, going to chop 2 rows in 5 days. Only the GDP is coming down though since I was just told that the BMR is best at 75+ days, wasn't ready for that and had been lowering nutes too much too soon for the BMR's.

The bubble hash was made with a 14 gal washing machine then poured through 5 gal bags into a trash can. I weighed out 62 grams of hash but I have a little more on top of that so probably more like 70 grams from all of my frozen wet trim from the Original Diesel. The picture I took only shows 49 grams though.

The nug pic isn't very good, I couldn't find the plasterboard to make a light box so this will have to do for now

Well thanks bra, most of the load is gone now lol.

Thanks, never had my cannabis taste or smell like hay, only other peoples. The hay taste/smell comes from drying/curing improperly. I've used this ozone generator on and off for 6 years and never once thought that it affected my final product.

I just chopped the tops of some GDP colas yesterday taking them down at 65 days. I left the bottoms in the flower room to fatten up a bit, probably let them go for another 10 or so days. I'm doing this since I don't have any clones ready for the table yet.

wow lol appreciate that update...your newest table is RIDIC as well...your the shit plain and simple

haha thanks buddin!

Looks like you've got your system pretty dialed. Nice lookin' tables and GDP. I did the same thing with my last GDP grow, chopped the tops and let the lower buds fatten/purple up a bit. I used to like to run my BMR 70+ days but now I usually harvest mine more like 65 days. It's gonna be good either way though.

I need to get a better system for making hash. Washing machine is a good idea. I have a freezer full of trim, maybe I should take a trip to the laundromat .

^yeah its a mini washing machine to make the bubble hash seen the left (which looks bomb btw)

Thanks mang, yeah no tip burn, lowered nutes at right time for the new strains. Well shit now your telling me 65 or 70 days, man, I'm sure getting the run around with this information. They'll be flushed out good enough to chop them in a few days though which will be like 70 or so days. Yeah this washing machine is sweet, we'll probably have to do a run when you get here, then you can order one lol.

Good show :)

Thanks!

Hey man,
What's that you're doing in the third picture? That looks like a compact/apartment washing machine. Is that a hash thing?

Yep, its for water extracted hash. Works well, 14 gal washing machine, which makes the whole process so much easier.

^yeah its a mini washing machine to make the bubble hash seen the left (which looks bomb btw)

It is! I'm glad I don't have to stir anymore :jump:.

Is there a thread regarding using one of those to make that?^^^

Funny you ask, I'm real close to making one. I have a few missing pictures from the process though which I'll make sure and capture after I do another run here in a few days.
