THE PURPOSE OF THE FEE SHALL BE TO PAY FOR THE DIRECT AND INDIRECT COSTS OF THE STATE LICENSING AUTHORITY, AND DEVELOPMENT OF APPLICATION PROCEDURES AND RULES NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT THIS ARTICLE.
The fee pays for the law. We're all winners! Think of the possibilities with this starting point. It's like the State parks with a parking fee that simply pays for the person collecting that fee.

I don't know about you guys, but the press is going on like he is some type of "martyr" for MMJ. The moron was breaking State Law, my only complaint about this "put me on TV" clown, was that the State allowed the Feds tobust him, instead of busting him themselves. This guy gives true MMJ growers a

On the Denver Post message boards...within a half an hour of the story being posted...from the information he gave in his TV interview...someone posted his address.
And that was someone with what I assume was very little incentive. I have a friend that was jacked by some guys at gun point that supposedly had a dispensary a few months ago. He was lucky to get out with his life.
Bad people are out there. And they know what they want...your hard work.
