I'm stoked on finding this thread. Didn't think there were many shralpers on ICmag.
Don't take this as confrontational, just an opinion, but i feel like Mullen is a joke these days, his day is over. Anyone who can't recognize that the direction skating is going toward, and that it has no place for the ol' beast is being ignorant to the time trend. he's the opposite of steezy. I understand where skating came from, and completely respect the roots but no more.
I don't follow mainstream skating that much anymore. I am all about the underground rippers and the amateurs that are just blowing up, that's where alot of the most stylish and creative skating goes down. They have to work so much harder to get their foot into the industry. Kids like Mark Suciu, Luke Malaney, Johan Stuckey, Davis Torgerson, Mike mo Capaldi, and Dylan rieder are the future of skating, if you ask me.
