I have to carry around 4 cubes of that "grow shop pree mix shit", 2 bags of chicken manure, a bag of perlite, a little bag of lime, and a 1000' roll of 1/2" poly piping. so in total I need to make only 6 trips carrying stuff as long as I double up on a few trips.
I don't know if you mean Pro-Mix when you say "grow shop pre mix shit" but it's sure easier to carry, already compressed into nice tight bales that are perfectly easy to throw onto a pack frame and haul up the mountain...that's why I use them, then I mix everything up in the holes once I'm there.

100 litres even though i want 100 gallons.

Growing in soil is always work....and it's nasty. Switched to coco last year, it's amazing and wipes clean.

Try 14,000 with no expansion this year, which has yet to be decided...

I don't even want to think what the next two months would be like if another property comes about. Yiykes!

growing coco next-next season, this year is when im hiking everything in. Gotta hike in 70 coco bricks, 24 pounds each brick, plus about ~10 pounds of bat shit, ~10 pounds of fossilized bone meal, bags, and all the small stuff like the crystals and all the micro nutes. (guesstimating the 10 pounds, im not sure how much 480 cups of guano weighs.)

I'm not looking to bad, im definitely loving the coco idea, so much less weight to hike, in such a small neat backpack size. Rarely have to water my mix (monthly), it's going to be amazing, going to pay off so much debt, and live scott free for a while.
Not only that, but I can leisurely hike in the bricks and stash them at my grow site over the next beautiful summer. And then grow again in the same spot year after year.

If I had better results with coco last year I'd be using it again; it's a godsend for carrying into the bush but it didn't work too well for me, for whatever reason.
What I did was stack 5 5kg bricks of coir, strap them together with a few loops of duct tape then throw them onto a pack frame. I was able to carry 5 bricks in one go, although it was a little heavy..I find that each brick of coir=1/2 a cube of peat moss, so on each trip I was able to carry the equivalent for 2.5 cubes of peat moss, not too shabby!

I'm getting ready to carry all my stuff in this weekend, my back in already crying out in pain!

Still have to mix my soil

Cuz i don't have time I'll go for 50% royalty mix from plagron and 50% my own soilmix to save time.

In total i would need about 500 liters(125 galons).

I kinda like brining to soil to my spot as i do it with my mountainbike , each time i can bring max 10 gallons in my backpack

I'll begin mixing the soil this or next weekend

i already hailed, mixed, and filled 4 200 gal. pots, i hope for 30 more, then build rez- 10x-55gal.drums with 12v pump and hose.

then sit and water and spray and want.

I have 16 holes 4ft in diameter by 2-3ft deep. Not sure how many gallons that is. Started out with 6 holes quite a few years ago and have been adding one or two a year. I use the smae holes over and over with some being used as long as 6 years. The rain gives them a good flush every winter and I just add a little perilite, compost, and organic nutes to them every year. Getting a little older now so I think 16 is going to be it. Carrying those big bags is for you young guys!
