Agree with everyone who has suggested exercise and stretching. I'm almost 40 and every pain issue I've had has been solved with exercise, stretching and cannabis.
I'm currently working on tendinitis in my right shoulder, it has taken months of isometric exercise, but it's finally getting better. No steroids, no pain killers, no doctor, nothing. Just research on the Net and Double Strawberry Diesel #4.
