Suby, try to find strains that contain significant amounts of CBD(most don't). CBD and THC can both be used to fight cancer. High amounts of THC will kill some types of cancer cells. CBD is immunomodulatory and may prevent cancer from spreading. Both are antioxidants and antiemetic for nausea. Best wishes for a complete recovery.

Suby, the ruderalis strains all contain around 10x the CBDs of standard strains... have been shown to boost the immune system.

Also, elderberry wine or tonic is a god-send.

I'm doing research on strains high in CBDs, altho I suffer an inflammatory condition.

If you would like more info, let me know.

Hugs & best wishes for a full recovery!

I though I would give an quick update on my situation.
So far eveythiing has been going well, tomorrow I finish my before last round of chemo.
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, I just have to stay focused for a couple more weeks.
I have been working lots from my laptop and getting my own projects moving, there is only so many movies and TV a man can watch.
I am a productive stoner so just flipping on the tube doesn't keep my moral where it needs to be.
I have started smoking occasionnally again and it works much better than the anti-nausea meds they precibed me plus I am not drowsy or grogy from it.
I am thankful I invested in a Volcano.
I get well wishes everyday and even though my grow op is gone I am and will always be a grower at heart, we are a breed :)

May you all be blessed for these well wishes and I hope to be able to be a more avtive poster in coming months.

Much love and respect

Suby

We thinking of you suby. Glad to hear your doing better... and its true. once a grower, always a grower. Stay up. --BhT

well you are to give what you would like from your fellow in return, that is the law. love your neighbor as yourself.

so though i don't know you let me send love and prayers to Yah most high on your behalf, that you are healed and never go through this again.

my daughter had a cortical carcinoma removed at age two, she is now three and cancer free.

my mother has/had a glioma(?) in her brain i haven't heard from her in two months don't know if she's alive or not.

i would love to know that your life brings joy and gladness into the world, live your day to the best you can. others are surely effected by it for good or bad. let's make it a good one.......

I hope all is as well as can be Suby! Keep fighting through that shit and keep a positive mindset. You are young and have a much, much, much better chance of getting to stable remission, quicker. My grandmother and uncle died of breast cancer and my mom is a survivor so I know what this disease does to one's spirit but it seems as if you are handling it VERY well.

In short here I am at 30 and I have cancer, Lymphoblastic Lymphoma (sp) to be more precise.
I was admitted to the emergency thinking my back was acting up and affecting my chest area only to learn 3 hours later after 4 or so tests that I had a 15cm mass on my mediastenum and a biopsy and week later that I have a form of bone marrow cancer.
These last 3 weeks have been surreal, I've been a fucking guinea pig and treatment for this disease runs 18-30 months and may include some form of bone marrow transplant to increase my odds against relapse.
So far I am reacting very well to chemo and my mass has all but disappeared but now they have to reset my marrow over the next 60 days which will be the hardest part as my immune system will basically be shut down to restart it.

I hope this is the right forum for this, I'm not really sure how anyone can help, I have not taken any MJ of any kind for the last 7 weeks due to my testing for life insurance (the irony here is unparelled to say the least).
I am getting a lot of support from the staff and weed seems on the menu once I am back home going through the building back up of my strength and immune system, I will be pooling all my knowledge and friends have volunteered as care givers in any amount form and quality, I will be discussing it with the pharmacologist once I have a set meeting, for now I am sticking to the treatment.

I am getting excellent care in a special hemo- oncology unit, my job is to keep my head in the game, meditate, my friends and family have been spectacular and supportive and passionate about keeping my spirits high.
My daughter keeps me focused, I miss her and my wife but I get weekly visits from my girl and my family is in almost every day.

I have internet access via a wireless modem and laptop, I will be forgoing all online activity other than research for myself and MJ and I will be using this time to compile a grow book, a project I have always wanted to do.

If I post this here it I because I feel you have all been true friends to me and that I can use all the positive karma and vibes I can get.
Be good to one another and wish me the best, live each day to the fullest and love one another.

Your friend always,

Suby

all the best buddy.... may god be with you and your family
