tonite is cheat nite for food.. buffalo wild wings here i come.. I been doing good dropped 6 lbs already just eating better, no weights yet and barely gettin back into training did some muay thai mostly for cardio. until i start back full speed ahead then its kickin the shit outta each other.. ya i almost through this up cuz it dose sound like that but ya i probly have diabetes one of my legs is numb from my knee about 8" up and the other goes numb like once a day kinda sucks but i just get real stoned and fordet about it but seems that is just not cuting it no more
so thats why im blameing it on the computer
