Just a question to those who know more about DWC than I...would nute burn turn the roots brown?

depends on if you fried your roots in the process. If you are using floranova then your roots will have a tint of brown to them but not bad. check the roots run your fingers threw them, are they falling off easily? are they slimy? if so yeah they are prolly fried hope that helps :)

Saw some faint white dust on a couple stems.

Iam thinking systemic downey mildew.

phenospora humilli, google it.

this downey mildew goes dormant untill 2-1/2 to 3 months then poof!

anyway I hope Iam wrong, but it looks like what killed my bogglegums.

Listen to that advice in regards to your roots, if they are not slimy/falling off you just need to adjust your feeding scedule and flush your medium a bit and you are on track.
