eagerly awaiting next update :lurk::lurk::lurk:

col- not sure if you saw, but I did an update 3 days ago on Sunday.

My next will be this weekend, on day 68. Just in the last few days, the trichomes have really started frosting on a few of the first five. This weekends update will be good, and under regular lights to give better views of flowers.

Your plants are looking lush mate, makes me wish i had a 400w hps instead of a 125w cfl! my babys doing alright, it has a little bit of a dusted look on some of the buds but they really need to put on some size.
Did you pop that short stuff#1 in with the second batch?? ive got some on route with a pack of diesel ryder so i hope there nice.
Cant wait till the weekend for some more pics,
Happy growing

i've got 5 diesel ryders going right now, the tallest one is about 10" with the others a few inches shorter, they're about 20 days old, this is my first autoflower grow, i thought they were doing fine, but looking at some of the posts and pictures on this thread now i'm thinking they're not as big as they should be. i think i was overwatering for about the first 10 days

How many days are you growing them out. This has been One of the best Ryder Grows Ive seen. I have never gotten them this tall. Becuz of what lights Im using. I am going to try this time to get it that tall. I hope I can do it. Great job. Will be waiting on update.

col- I did get the 5 freebies of the SS#1. The first two were bunk, and never sprouted, one was dark mush inside. The third was male, and was tossed.

I have the last two in germ right now, and I'll update when/if those pop, and sexing around 17 days from now.

Soul- being at day 20, I wouldn't worry much yet. After they sex, they take off for a bit. I'm not sure on the Diesel's as far as average height or grow time, but the easy's average 17-29", and 75 days.

If you give them enough light, and enough room to stretch their legs, you will be happy. Some people grow trays of these in small containers under CFL or T5, and go for the many plants yielding 10-15 grams philosophy.
Since this is a medical grow, to stay legal I need to keep my counts in check, so I go for fewer plants, more yield per..

Hopefully it will work out.

Roor- I'll grow them till they are done, whether that is 75 or 90 days.

Based on what they look like today (day 65), I would say that they will go 80, maybe more..For sure won't be done in 10 days.

Im looking forward to trying them out as i dont think there as bushy as the easyryder which would be better for the space i have.

It was sometime between day 25-35, that they went nuts. They were transplanted on day 14ish, and were given some Neptunes Harvest 2-3-1 about 5 days later mixed in with the AACT recipe.

Thank you sir. Any reason why You transplanted early?? I have been upping my nutes every feed right now. Im at 700 PPM with Grow Big and Big Bloom. They are Loving it, But I am using Used soil so that maybe why I need to go High with the nutes. But who knows. I know a lot this grow and will take it from there.

Thanks again for the advice and help.:dance013::dance013:

The place where i got my seeds must have run out of the short stuff#1 because they sent me 5 free reg Russian Rocket Fuel instead but only 1 popped out of the soil so i hope its female.

Roor - Not sure what you mean by early?? Since they were fem seeds, there was no need to wait until sexing, so I wanted them to be transplanted and re-coup for a few days before entering flower stage.
As far as using nutes goes, I didn't use any till around day 20, as I was using up the last of my FFHF AND FFOF soils, and those are 'charged' with enough to last that long.

Since growing organic, I don't use the FF nutes or PPM meters and the like, but if your plants are happy, you should be all set.

Col- Thanks for the interest! They are doing well, and finishing up. I was going to do an update last night, but my batteries for camera were dead. I'll have one later tonight.

As far as I can tell, you may be happier with the RRF anyway. Quite a few grows online that look great..I'm reading a lot of not so good reviews on the SS#1, as far as germing, and hermie problems, and general dissatisfaction.

Peace.

Day 71

Day 71

Well, coming up on the end for ladies 1-5. Day 71.

A couple of the plants look less than happy, but at this stage, it's not a concern.

Trichomes on a few tested plants are 90% cloudy, going to let them go until there is around %30 amber.

Dry yield on the first 5 will be at the high end of whats expected I would think. Joint Dr says 25-50gr dried per.. I think as stated before that the size of these is a combination of good soil, the smart pots, and teas, but also due to the stretch caused from light distances. Having only a single 400 is complicated when you have plants in 3 week cycles. It makes it so 1/2 of your plants are always way too far away from light, and stretching to get there. My plan was to add another 400 at beginning of this round, but ran out of money.
Will be adding a light in the next few weeks.

Plants will be dried separately to know weight per plant, as well as total. This is also done to keep dried weights down, as again, I am keeping within and dealing with legal medical amounts.
