Edit: upon further reflection, I just realised my shoulder hasn't been sore since starting on the TWPD too. :) Cannabis is awesome. A real gift from the gods. Peace.
Great report! Thanks for the heads up. :D

That last bit is exactly what I've been looking for... :D The Princess Diesel is better for my head.... the Trainwreck is what works for my body aches... without couchlocking me. :D
Glad to see the two melded together well... gonna have to pop a few of those myself this summer. :D

Really appreciate you giving such great info to the community and all. :D Keep up the good work and....

I never have tried planting by the moon but solstice and equinox make for good guidelines :tiphat:

Thanks Hydro!: A lot of the stuff I learnt came from your posts, so it all gets shared around :)

One day when I get the urge, I'd like to go back over the dates of earlier plants and see how they performed in moon time.

I found that with the Dynamite x Princess Diesel cross that I've grown out, it was very good for chronic pain relief (Bad Back) whilst having a pleasant almost no-ceiling high. It's lemony sour candy smells in flower and curing were off the hook, my house smelt like a candy shop over the dec-jan months just gone. Unfortunately whilst only having 2 females, I never got to put it away for a good couple of months jar cure :smokeit: it was too good, but I did make quite a few f2's of this particular cross and really can't wait to run her again. Will be interesting to see what variations from the original dad(Dyna) and mum(PD) show up in this next round(f2s), I highly recommend this cross for it's great pain relief, soaring lemon high and all over feeling of well being whilst being smoked.

:tiphat:
Peace

Damn! And here I just tossed 5 of them babies (unsexed) a couple months ago.... because I was over my limit on plant numbers. Plant limits don't matter as much anymore. *sigh* I still have 5 more seeds though. :D The "Dynamite" female was supposedly the more sativa dominant version... not the heavy hitting indica. :D

Gonna have to go through the African Hazes first though.... I have GOT to get some indica free cannabis in me. LOL

:woohoo: I found a stash of old pics! :wahey:

Here is an Aussie Blue F2 which had the ducksfoot leaf thing going on. This was my first grow in coco pretty much. The plants were very small and sick and vegged under lights so they went straight to flower. I did a good job of bringing them back to life in such a limited timeframe and with no real skillz.

Beautiful plants there mate, in a nice aussie bush setting, love ya work. Ducks foot is such a unique plant and is quite spectacular especially once it gets over 7 foot, those duck feet leaves get as big as ya head, quite unique to stand next to. I think I have an ol pic around here somewhere. I know, I know, pics or it didn't happen.

Damn Scrubs. You make me want to sell this apartment and move out of town..
Great plants!

About the moon stuff. We produce 10-30.000 plants a day at my work, depending on season. We produce flowers from both seeds and cutlings. IMO it would be a fun test if I tried to compare the growth/waste% statistics for a year with the calender wouldn't it?

Boom. LoL at that picture. Perfect answer to a lot of questions, would it be ok if I used it?

Yup, you should get it happening, b00m. I would love to see that. I was reading about using leaves as blunt skins and those would be good for that I reckon. :joint:

Hey wassup Pedro, thanks buddy. Yeah that would probably settle the discussion for me, heh. Sounds like you have a really cool job :)

Well I set up the scrog cage thing and I really like it. It's very strong and I didn't have to buy anything extra for once.

It measures 18" x 14" and is all one sturdy piece so I can slide it out, then remove it, and gain access to an adjustable height shelf fixed on the rear wall.

This is gonna rock :wahey:

hey Scrub!! Nice setup..i really want to try scrog next time..
I love the outdoors..even nicer when you see plants like yours ...those are great looking plants..never seen that duckfoot leaf before..
this Kushie Kush is what alot of the growers use out here for their Kush..really brings out the full flavour and gets those buds BIG!!!
I'm thinking of growing a mother TW and going perpetual this summer so I'm ready for next winter..sure passes the time away..
Do you find growing very relaxing? I ask because it seems like all stress leaves me when I open the case..
Its amazing the pain relief properties of herb..I broke my neck and after some killer, no pain..
Take care Scrub

BC thanks buddy. Hmmm no I wouldn't say it's relaxing here where I am. Where I was living when I grew the big plants was much more relaxed and comfortable. Where I am now is basically the city and suburbia and neighbours. Stressing if people can hear fans or if I'm using too much power, all that shit. Not my kinda vibe really.

You know a platypus right? They are extremely rare around here but I had a patch just above a river, waaay out bush, and when I climbed down to collect water, there'd often be one playing in the shallows. Stoned off my brain most of the time too, lol. Hopefully the platypus was really there, because yes, that was very serene and to be honest, moments like that can be life changing. :)

The kushie kush looks good but I'm hanging out for the kushie kushie kush  Nah just playin, I have some stuff called Potash + (not the stuff Dutch Master sells) and I think it's something like 0:20:40. I bought a 5 litre bottle right before I quit growing outdoors so, lol, I'd better try to use it. :)

Peace :rasta:

Hey pedro brother good to see ya. I would love to see some results from your moon planting and cuttings. I've never done anything with taking results but I can attest that 99% of the time when I plant/strike/take cuttings in the fertile part of the moon phase, they take off. I've also had seedlings and cuttings stall in growing etc, when done deliberately in the barren phase.
Still looking for pics scrubz.
Peace

I would love to see your stats on germination and clone propagation based on the moon phases!

And Scrub those duck leaves look super cool. I had nothing but hermi problems with the AB, perhaps it should be sold as an outdoor plant. The branches on the PK are super strong, I can't wait to see you fill up that whole screen.

Peace, :joint:

Paranoid one

My lord Scrub!!

I would love to grow outside...
No light bulb can replace the sun!

And my location is the one and only thing that is pissing me off!!
Can't grow outside.. :(

My back yard is 15' by 15'. And neighbors could see everything. No privacy at all :(
You can even call that a backyard... its like a small kitchen room.

Alright take care mate!

Whats growin Scrub, BC, and b00m. I also would like to try scrog some time, I'm lacking the details about that kind of grow. I think it would be easier than LST what I'm doing now. Scrub those duck feet are wild man, never seen that before. I was looking at your plant album last night, awesome plants all.:good:

Woohoo, right on everybody :woohoo: It's update time!

It took a while but roots are finally starting to show:

My ec meter ran out of batteries so I've been winging it. The scrog is going to be like we discussed at some point way back, tied to the top instead of woven through. I haven't tried it that way but it shouldn't be too hard. :)

I'm really glad I used DE. Got the feeling she loves the silica  It looks like I'm going to get a few PK clones make it, so now I just motor on towards filling the screen.

Some of the TW cuts are rooted, even though the roots aren't visible yet. Nice to have my groove back on in the propagation area

Cheers :tiphat:

Edit: Yeah I'm kicking myself I couldn't keep the ducksfoot Aussie Blues going. I crossed a female & male df AB but never got to grow them out  I didn't get any herms though.

Hey bruz, damn look at the trunks, I mean stems on that PK, noice.
What wattage and lighting schedule you running on ya clones bro?? I'm going to run a little side by side (for myself) of bubble cloner VS jiffy pellets inside a little bunnings $7 propagation unit(clear lid). Probably will just use a single 23w CFL 24hrs to light up the cloning area. :blowbubbles:
Peace
