Arkansas Game & Wildlife officers are busting a lot of rafters partying on a local river. They're sending everyone caught with cannabis (a misdemeanor) to jail immediately and yet they caught two girls with prescription pills (officers charged them with a FELONY) and let them go to continue rafting.......
