Honestly i used it on my last grow and i never had a light meter to read the lights and know the exact difference (if any). The alternative is strait poly(panda plastic) and while its reflective the sunfilm is much more reflective... i do believe its comparable to the tents mylar but i could be wrong...


its just another thing i can use in the grow... not needed but if you have the extra $$ its worth the effort...
