That's BULLSHIT being a Top Rated E Bay Seller for 7 years now and we have meetings on TOS ( Terms of Service & Policy's ) High Times has Nude Pics and this is a violation of e bay's terms of service agreement not because of the fact it has marijuana cultivation because I sell Item's that have huge pot leaves and MJ logo's on my shirts so what is the ( FEDS ) going to do shut down 1/2 of e bay's 72 million US Sellers and 70 million International Sellers if they sell hemp or mj related items, then take down all the cheech and chong items as well.

I easily found several HT mag auctions that had been up, with bids, for a few days. If ebay was serious about removing those auctions, it would take them about a minute to pull them.

The only reason why I won't boycott Ebay is because it's not the only place to find old issues of high times.

There are tons of deals on Ebay that help us growers, be it tents, lights, growing mediums, etc.

Not to mention the thousands of other normal everyday things that you can find on Ebay.

If it's the governments fault, nothing ebay can do about it. I just don't honestly see how they can limit the rights of free speech though.

That would mean taking high times off the shelf at barnes and noble, and i highly doubt that will happen.

You have some valid points but they are shrouded in negativity and anger. I dont blame you there is plenty to be negative and angry about in this world. The thing is you write with such conviction, you are so convinced that things are going to go bad, negativity only breeds more negativity. You sound like you have a general dislike for people who smoke herb, not everybody that sits around all day is just some useless tool, I for one lost my job, corporate downsizing so here I sit. I worked for this company for 11 years hardly ever missed work sick and was never late but the econonmy in the US sucks so here I sit looking for a job, trying to go to school and re-educate myself so I can provide for my family. I like to smoke herb, I have my medical card and herb is also a religious sacrament for me as well. I smoke herb everyday I believe that outlawing an herb for interest in corporate gains is the ultimate sin. Short summary to wrap up about me, I worked 10 out of 11 years following all the fucking bullshit rules. Never smoked herb because of piss test and I completley trusted my doctor...."he went to school a long time to learn what he knows....he would never lie to me". He shoved so many pills in my pie hole that I didnt know if I was comin or goin but I felt good. I got started with the typical prozac, and pain killers for an old injury (I popped them like pez) I felt great. After about 4 years living like that my health begain to deteriorate, I had sores up and down my arms and legs....I looked like a fucking junky and even worse I began to feel like one and think like one. I made the decision to get the hell away from pills....doesnt sound like something that somebody who just likes to get high would do huh....I mean why not just keep popping those super awsome pills and smoke pot......its illegal I can find it...hmm I wonder why I didnt do that..........its because I aint no fucking junky! theres not a god damn thing wrong with me......most of the shit they convince you is wrong just so they can sell you more pills. I completely understand where you come from and what you been through, but, there is nothing good coming out of the government allowing marijuana to be legal, there is always, I repeat, ALWAYS a victim in government allowances, and the victim is never the government. So be careful on what you are wishing for. I apologize for your job loss, I have had several, for now, I say FUCK'Em, damn a job and damn working for the government to take from me.

On clearing up your knowledge of who I am, I love marijuana, love growing it, smoking (not as mush as I used to) but I still like it, but we are all in the same boat in some form or another.
