2 weeks left and my leaves are dying Please Help

Tiger Bloom is HOT. I used it a bit about 5 years ago and stopped with that stuff. I agree with what the others have said. In the photos it looks like it's only on the top part of the plants...how close is your light? I've had about the same thing happen when the lights were too close.

the light is about 4 feet from the plants. The plants were not getting taller, only fatter when this happened. Also, the light cannot go any higher than it is now . FML. should i cut the dead leaves off?

I could bring the pots closer to the ground, which would pull the plants down through the screen, would that hurt them?

I did the hand test again and it seems fine.
