so, due to my recent fuck up with being a noob with a 1000 watt HPS, Im forced to buy my shit. Why is it that some strains make you feel dumb as a box of fucking rocks after you smoke it. I love the strains that when your high is off, your normal not like some one just smacked you in the back of the head with a bat and you cannot remember shit, like a weed hangover. what strains are smooth nice highs where you dont have stupid syndrom all day after smoking.

Recently, the past 2 years, I've had to cut back sooooo much. So really, anything gets me retarded high now. When I go to my friends (all he smokes is medicinal) I feel like I'm going to die and become a veg. And that's barely 2 tokes. But I get what you're saying. Sucks you have to buy again :/

Look into Sativa or Sativa dominant hybrids.

we had some good sativa J1 jack that was like coffee.

but sativas are so rare in the bay area, everyone just grows indica..

Commercial growers will most likely grow an indica, churn out more in a smaller time.

I am not commercial, but would rarely even think of growing out a full term sativa. I have a dom one now, that I am starting to think was a mistake, damn thing is like 8 feet tall inside

yea here in the bay all you see is Kush, Purple, and other heavy indicas like blue dream.

once and a while we will see dank sativas but for some reason people always complaing about it not getting them high enough. i guess most people here like the heavy couch lock high. i was selling J1 jack herer that was more expensive than GDP and people were loving the look but saying it didnt get them high. and this j1 was easy top shelf 60 an 8th stuff.

Yeah I can imagine if you are used to a couchlock and get a sativa, you would probably think the bud is crap.

I like sativa when I am out in public, I dont look absolutely wasted, but then again, I do not really care what I look like to others.

I hate the mental fatige lol. exactly what Im talking about. I like indicas alot, at night. But during the day I dont wantto feel burned out. Theres a certian strain for everything, day, night, pain, movies, happy. I like being awake during the day tho....also, Its not good to look fucked up in public. dont want people judging stoners, makes us look like a alchoholic would be to alchohol. I never act like Im high in public or go blazed n dumb looking lol, eye drops are your friend.

---this is a very good point...think of cannabis not as a downer or upper, but rather a magnifier...
...another point, for me, a lot of the duuuuuuuuuuhhhh from a commercially grown strain comes from the nasty ass disgusting nutrients you are smoking..more then you think...if you ever have a chance o smoke the same cut, one commercially grown and one grown properly, you will notice a diff in the high...initially you may even find that the mersh seems stronger...its not, its just not as clear! make sense?

how do you figure blueberry x haze = blue dream = a heavy indica?

i see dank sativas in the clubs on a regular basis, but i also am expressly looking for them.

you're spot on about ignorant folks thinking a good sativa doesn't get them high. many people do not distinguish between 'high' and
'stone', let alone sativa vs. indica. thing is, the average consumer doesn't have enough of an educated palate to tell the difference.
just like wine. 2 buck chuck gets the job done for 85% of wine drinkers; they don't need opus one and they never heard of it to begin with.
