Superskunk crosses...

One of the Rooibaard x ss testers I harvested. She was in a bad location outdoors with about 4 hours direct sunlight so the buds are pretty small. This was just a test but I am happy with this plant in particular. I am going to try re-veg her for future use.

Whole plant 12/12 from seed. Started indoors then finished out.

And this is my chose CSxSS f2 pregnant with CSxSS f3's. I like these un expected autumn colours coming out with the cold. She's starting to resin up nicely too.

Nice work Ah how would you describe the smell..?

I am going to cross SS with Critical Mass,I will be interested in how your Sensi Star/Super Skunk turns out Benji :chin: Which part of China did that sativa originate African :chin:

Thank you BENJI. The smell is very hard to describe. There's definitely some sweet and sour smells going on with quite a sharp smell on the nose. Sweet earthy, creamy sort of sharp Sativa smell from the Rooibaard and a sour stinky fruityness from the Superskunk. There's also a kind of menthol/eucalyptus/mint smell in the background.

I'm interested to smell the buds when they get ground up for a j after a good cure.

The Cs x SS has a eucalyptus like smell when the stems are rubed but if a calyx is pinched the smell is a sweet sharp sativa smell from the Chinese and some added musky, smelly body from the Sskunk father. I can't really put my finger on what she really smells like.
Please feel free to put up pics of your crosses when you have some BENJI.

Hey buddymate, funny thing that Chinese sativa. She came from Chinese "hemp seed" but it wasn't hemp at all:wink::abduct:.

Thanks BENJI, I'm quite happy with this cross so far. And I have a feeling the f3's are going to be even better.

Here a few shots of the Super Skunk male I used.

Harvested my little Chinese X S skunk at 92 days! Longer than I expected but I am happy she is very sativa dominant with the right Superskunk traits coming through.

This is what she looked like at harvest. Heavily seeded with f3's:woohoo:

looking good dude..... im impressed with that plant you harvested that only got 4 hours light each day.. do you often try to grow plants under those conditions?.. i often only get 8-9 hours max of direct sunlight per day and find it doesnt affect harvest too badly although i have been coming across alot of hermis.. which i think could be caused by the lack of light?,, have you encountered these problems?.

Nice work, I happen to have a beautifull SuperSkunk x OrangeSkunk daddy which I used to dust a fast sativa-dominant White Widow x Black Domina. Should give interesting results.
