saw on the news tonight that the water temps are getting so low that snook & such are threatened. they have probs below 60 degrees, & it was 48 where this report came from. a marina owner had submerged heat lamps along his dock, & had film of snook & 'cudas circling the lights...dang global warming! where are you when we NEED you ??? :dunno:

HOLY crap thats insane. Poor fish.

A couple of years ago my buddy and I went fishing in south Florida and I brought some shrooms :)
We planned to stay the night out, in a little sport boat, 10 or 15 miles of the coast to get to deeper water.

Well it was quite an experience, the sound of the boat moving, the stars above us ohh and at one time we had florescent algae float to the surface ... he went "I think I took too much, I see green shit floating in the water"

I don't think we caught anything good but we had a fun time :smokey:

Any of you guys Sturgeon fish??? My buddy got his first of the year yesterday. 68 inch approximately 70 pounds. Sorry I don't have the pic tho.... It takes forever to get a bite but when you do hold on. Its mostly just a time to sit by the fire and fire up a J. Just get out there and relax.
