Cops: Driver Caught Masturbating While Driving

A 39-year-old Queens man was arrested for masturbating while driving on the Southern State Parkway on Friday, New York State police said.


Louis P. Fragale of Middle Village was charged with public lewdness.
Police say a woman driving on the parkway spotted Fragale masturbating driving and called 911 while keeping Fragale’s vehicle in sight until the Troopers were able to pull him over.
