Heres something a little different

IM growing from seed for a change,

THis outdoor season im using seed i made during last years OD season. Basicly a few bush/unknown males crossed with the two clone strains i had at that time- White rhino and BIgbud

Veg or planting went well starting in mid November after rearing the seed under flouros. of about 15 seeds i think i have 13 that i kept. Early preflowers on the first two males, but today i found a third male hidden right in the centre of the grow lucky thought i my fem ratio was high.

perfect the only plant in a small pot was a tall gent near 7 foot and really green stemmed unlike the the majority white spotted over pale green. Not really a good looker so he will be binned after i slowly kill it.

trim back just incase its the oly male i get this batch F1 stock getting low.


Now heres some females, i didnt label the seed so i have no idea of whats what, for certin there all crossed with best male #3. Mostly i can pick them clone traits dominated specially with bigbud xs.

Never seen growth like this from indica w. rhino, but soo much like bigbud. taking a pretty safe guess these two or atleast the big one is "Bushm3xBIgbud" getting lowest light of all but without a pot limiting growth she is going very well.

At 8.? weeks with ONly a week or two togo flowering the indoor plants must be looking good, havnt seen them all week id better get some finishing pics specially of the white widow this grow being 2nd or 3rd but the first time im prepared to let it go full term 12 to 14weeks couple of day wait on cuts

F2 production begins today, found me a little project for the next month or so, perfect outside weather so i shouldnt have to use lights at all. unless someone changes my mind i put them under HPS and try to get a few more seeds while im at it



TOday i think i found the last of the males these guys
BUsh3 x White rhino (should name the iT) 3x of them in one pot, 2x males and 1x Feamle perfect chance to make a quick batch of F2s of this cross.

ONly 2 weeks flowering outside so she is proving to be fast to react even outdoors... and the flower structure looks good to me lot of the rhino there just in node space although the MAle sative used in the cross wasnt stretchy but had small thin leaves i expect to see a bit more of these small leaves in both the rhino and bigbud crosses with male#3 .


THe males are interesting lower in the plant W.RHino leaves are expressed higher in the plant more so on the 2nd male they change to sativa like leaves from the father.


The males flower are looking pretty good, have now been banished to the outer perimeter until the femal in the front has had her fill


This is the larger of the 2x males looks better but i think its just the age, they are slight differences this one has mostly the same shape leaves, bit more developed and is a nice bush shape vs slower developing side branches on sm male 2.\



OK went back and found a PIc of Aussi bush strain#3 i grew this time last year, This is one of the females from that strain once i decided it had desirable traits, thin leaves= good light pen, one of the least stretchy but was sold on the smoke it was just special compared to the other two strains i had also chosen to cross with WR and BB clones.
so i started to test the male #3 F1 crosses first but i think there will be something special in all 6 variations.

ThC also harvested recently and has saw sticky fingers

When you think its the right time go for it!. Both would be good indoors but expect Bigbud to triple in size if flowered anywhere from clone to 2 feet, big bushy plants dont get the same extreem stretch.

Small plants for the first go would be you best best, BB will shade the indica i try to do a light of each..



MY scrog harvest is down and finally handing. 1 thing is for sure in need new globes ont of the 3x 600wts only the centre one was new othere 12 months easy. First on the list of To Do's.

Cleaned the room thismorning after harvesting days earlier and hung, rotting leaves are a breeding groung for all your bugs, the following grow the bugs are ready and waiting. HOsed out the room, Nuked with a BUg spray 3 way application(exhaust off mask ON) LOrsban/Kill-A-Mite/Peroxide rinse(before/after). A day or two later follow up with the same spray treatment and you are as bug free as i can get you, now dont bring an infected plant in your freashly cleaned room



Now i better get back to work.. a couple more plants to process

wow! nice work... seems u got your shit locked down pretty tight! don't see much big bud grown now days, whats your pheno like smoke-wise? Looks nice... who's the breeder?

One change that i think will make a difference in end product is at week 4/5 started using H+G bud xl instead of the normal canna PK. Early thoughts either stems are stronger this round or less weight by wk 6 i rarely have stake left to prop buds up..

I have heard good things about H&G's products and was considering giving them a try once through with my current Canna stuff (A+B, rhizo, zyme, PK & boost)... I read that bud XL is an enzyme product not PK boost that may explain your observations regarding staking & bud size this run.. Or maybe just the excess temps?

If I understood you correctly you had 4 plants per light in the scrog room under 3 x 600's, how many plants were in the SOG room?

The outdoor ones are mosters mate! Nice n lush looking too in the sunshine!

Anyways... how about an update lad? Wouldn't mind seeing some more of your op
