Show me pics of the outdoor that beat the best indoor you've seen? Maybe you've never seen great indoor. lol
In labs, you have to wear gloves with the sensitive scales for the very reason here.... oils on your hands change the weight of samples and its easy for a scale to pick it up. [/QUOTE=movado;3073128]
You can also alter the chemical composition of a substance. In reality, the only gloves being worn are those by trimmers. Can't really see people wearing gloves to smoke piles lol.
One thing that hasn't really come up is trimming and drying. Now for those growers who claim to have 'pure marijuana', how are you trimming and storing it? Do you trim in an air filtered room too? Is it handled and dried properly in a dust free environment as well? Regardless of the cultivation method, this is can be a significant variable for those dust freaks.
Another point of interest is that indoor growers cannot replicate an outdoor organic soil. Sure you can mix up an organic soil and use it indoors but there will be a severe lack of soil biota comparatively.
As for the snobby connoisseur comments, not very respectable as their points are merely subjective biases compared to empirical data.
Sorry, I didn't have the foresight to take pictures.
Anyway, it's more likely you've never seen great outdoor cannabis.
I def respect outdoors a lot, and have seen the best of the best. But.... in terms of potency/quality/market price, it can't touch the highest quality indoor.
Isn't there more dust indoors because of indoor air pollution? Sure, you can ventilate it out, but isn't that what the wind does outdoors?
Im guess id be nearing the classification of "old fart" by now .
The reason myself, and my peers that share the same meds as myself , prefer the outdoor over the indoor isnt really about potency at all , the quality of the high is the most important thing by far wouldnt you all agree??
The look of the herb and the thc content really isnt an indicator of a good smoke , they are just asthetics and numbers , the real test is in the quality of the high .
The other "old farts" that think along the same lines as me , dislike the high from indoor herb , most of what is grown here the quality and longevity of the high is quite inferior to well grown outdoor from good genetics .
Its all preferential , depends on mood , where you are , who your with , your tolerance etc etc
The best medicine is the one you find best for you .
you would think so, but i'm a member here, so i'm privy to all the photos from users, plus what i've held in my hand. without photos i don't know what you're basing this on . . .. memory? lol
You didn't photograph the best looking bud you've ever seen in your life?
read through this thread and you'll see why the title says it all
If you think that indoor is better than outdoor you've never had a land race grown in its original climate.
In the 1980, early 90s not many people took photos. You do realize that digital cameras have only been available to the masses for the last 10 years or so, right? I quit growing outside because it's such a friggin' pain in the ass to do it right...which is why you see so much crap outdoor.
32 1/2 years of actual growing experience and obsession with growing is what I'm basing it on, 'lol'. What's your basis besides looking at other people's pictures on the Internet? 'lol'
No, reading a thread on the Internet where a bunch of people who don't have experience with outdoor who are engaging in a self congratulatory circle jerk doesn't make me believe something other than I've seen with my own eyes, 'lol'.
