Weedhound was a wonderful, warm, helpful and friendly member of the forums. She frequented my thread, helped me along and encouraged me when I first started growing. I will always remember her friendship.
My condolences to Mr Hound and her friends and family.

Thanks to Lola for the email.

Mr. Weedhound, There are no words to describe my sorrow :(

thru tearfull eyes,,,

To OUR Weedy.

I miss you.

When I started this journey, you were my guide.
I did everything wrong, and would have quit long long ago.
you took me under your wing. you taught me and you scolded me when I did dopey things or didnt pay attention. (which was pretty often at first)
you were right. of course you were right. I just wasnt listening again.
and you put up with it.
You were more like another 'Mom' than just some 'friend'. Thank You.
You had the patience of a saint with me on more than one occassion. You helped me in ways nobody else did. Thank You.

You will always be a special friend in my personal world and memories.

Rest In Peace.
Rock

Weedy, you will be sorely missed. In fact I have been missing your presence here for months, as you got sicker.

Nobody was better at diagnosing sick plants than you. Nobody was ever so patient and kind to new growers.

How many people did you help to become the master grower you were? Thousands.

I remember one time you were posting about a pH meter that you had, and did not like. I posted asking if you wanted to sell it. The next thing I knew, you had my address and were mailing it to free of charge.

I was shocked, I mean, here is somebody I never met being nicer to me than people in real life that I had known for years.

I was surely lucky to have known you and will always treasure the time we had together.

Remember that time I stole that National Guard Hummer and hid it in the barn and painted it cherry red? Remember all the laughs we had over that? And remember that thread we posted in about the hula hoops? We had pole dancers doing hula hooping before that one was over. hahahaha. I can't think I will e ver be as good at growing as you were! Those giant hydro stems you and Mr. Hound grew! They were tree trunks!

I hope Mr. Hound signs on and keeps us company here.

Well Weedy, I guess this is my goodbye post to you. Take care, get a room in the back ready for me. I will see you on the other side. Make sure to have a fatty rolled up when I get there and we will have ourselves a big party. I love you girl. :snowkiss:

R.I.P. Dog!

I can't believe I didn't see this until today. ...Time for a little private mourning.

Thanks, Crispi!
