^sorry to hear steppin, fuck the laws. good luck fighting your case. if they sentence you to something stupid you should remind the judge that in some parts of america people are not treated like criminals anymore for buds.

yeah thanks guys, its actually been ongoing since march of 09. im gonna take a plea agreement - i have 3 class 4 felonies which carry 0-5 years each and one class 3 felony which carries a sentence of 1-20 years in prison.
im really not sure whats gonna happen, i'm going to find out i guess. sentencing wont be until april or may.. hope i dont get too much time
as far as fightinhg the case, well yeah we were goingto and we had some VERY strong points, had it been in almost any other state. like i said we got some 'no harm no foul' statue if that makes any sence.. they basically entered with NO consent and said 'well we could smell the weed, so we woulda gotta warrant anyways - no harm no foul'
its basically unconstitutional but its stood up many of times here where i reside.

sounds like your carbon filter needed changing. I had cops pounding on my door in the middle of the night, and it stunk out there. I saw bunch of cops outside on my drive way and didnt open the door. I left the lights off, and doors locked. Heart pounding real hard! I had a few too many clones, and was worried. Afraid to run the disposal, because they would hear it. They finally left. My numbers are good now and they never came back. And I changed the filter too! DP Dont over do it on the Booze Bro!
The average person doesn't think growing smokable weed is easy, at least not in my experience. My old dealer thought you had to be a horticulturalist to grow weed. "You have to measure pH and shit" - An idiot, but that's probably the same mentality most people share.
To us, growing weed is easy, but chemistry is easy for a chemist, and programming is easy for a programmer. It's a plateau; You struggle through difficult concepts and failures, and then one day it clicks - you realize that you pretty much know what you're doing.
Of course "easy" and "hard" should be defined first.. I don't think we all define these words the same way.

Yeah my carbon filter was a couple years old and pretty much shot, i ran an ionizer , but it made me and my plants sick so i cut it off that week. big mistake, the harvest was actually ready for trimming when i got popped. there was alotta mistakes made by me, like answering the door with out looking who was there and had a spliff behind my ear,
just the everyday routine and i had let my guard down.
i really blame opiates and alcohol cuz i think things may have panned out different if i was only stoned. hard to say tho - i still think there were narcs involved cause LEO's story still isnt really adding up, even my attorney thinks the same.

Lessons learned in growing so far; get that clone in a bigger container and FUCK the hydro store. Fuckin thieves.
In a new medical state...I hear people starting up (why they tell me, I don't know) or wanting to start and you just think....damn, are you in for some frustrating lessons. It takes time and failure to be a good grower....I don't know how people do it without the internet either...hm. Listening to how some people are growing lets me know there's a lot of weed out there I don't want to smoke. Sorry, but there's a big difference between a grower that has the money to buy good equipment and keep co2 running and a grower that doesn't have much on the plants. You also want to correct some people when you know they're gonna fuck up, but you don't want them to know you grow, so you can't say anything....it's sad.

I dont know if its easy or hard... but I'm very fortunate in that I'm able to do it competently

i'll post some pics after i get sentenced..(im hoping they give me time to turn myself in after as opposed to going straight to jail from court) im still weary about posting as much as i do, seeing as IC was on my comp when i got busted. my comp had a ton of virus's then and was known go black and freeze up and from what i can tell they didnt see shit cuz when i got outta jail on bond a few days later my comp was still on.. froze and black.. i think they woulda confinscated my computer if they knew i was posting here but i dont wanna post pics just yet, just in case. worst day of my life is all i can say. best of luck to you and stay safe!!!
There isn't a chance in hell I would be able to do this without the internet. It's tricky enough as it is. Without access to the information here, I wouldn't even have considered it.
I read up for around 2 years simply absorbing as much growing information as possible before I even attempted my first grow. It's taken me a long time to get to the point that I can grow amazing weed without really thinking about it.
Having personally witnessed friends try and grow their own and fail many times it does seem that it is quite tricky if your heart isn't really into it.
It's probably akin to learning a musical instrument. If you don't really want to learn all the ins and outs passionately then you will never be a real musician. Same with growing herb.
