he just suffered a stroke while they were offloading...good thing they werent at sea!

he's in the hospital now in st paul.

phil is a good guy who doesn't take care of himself, but sure hope he pulls through!!!

Phil Harris suffered a stroke while in port off-loading from the F/V Cornelia Marie. He has been transported to a medical facility and is receiving the best care possible. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and we will make more information available as we know it.

We went to Ketchican, Alaska a couple of years ago and the owner's of the Aleutian Ballad have converted this crab fishing boat to accomodate tours, showing them the ins and outs of crab fishing. No, they don't take people into the rough waters but it was the highlight of our cruise. If you ever get up there, I highly recommend it.
