I don't want MJ legalized in my state

S

I would like the Feds to stay totally out of it and let the states decide,it'll never fly in my state and thats just fine with me.I have nightmares that the gov't is going to make me buy health care and gov't grown MJ.No thanks. If they want to tax me for growing I can live with that,as long as I retain control of manufacture.I see whats happened in Cali and I dont want that here.Besides, its hard finding a yob mang right now.

sparkjumper,I have a lot of respect for you and I have to think that you are not serious. Decriminalization and legalization should be everyone's priority. Even if your saying that because you are selling there would still be room for you to make a profit from sales in a legalized market. Everybody who smokes wouldn't jump right up and start growing.
While legalization may be just a dream which won't come true for years it is still a goal we should all strive for.

So: you're not intelligent enough to compete in the legal job market. As a result, you are willing to dismiss the fact that hundreds of thousands of people rot in jail cells as irrelevant, so as to continue a risk-reward scenario that you find beneficial.

Unintelligent and morally reprehensible. You sure are quite special. At least you're honest.

What happened in Cali did I miss something. We are one of the only states if not the only state that has come close enough to get MJ legalized. This is history being made. The priority of any state should be to get it Legalized.

It's a weird thing in some canna-circles. A lot of people saying "look what happened in Cali," and so on, like something terrible is happening. When you deduce what they really mean it's generally "I'm jealous that a lot of people are making great money with little risk in Cali."

Can someone make me aware of a legit major error in the Cali model? Truth is if you're really sick you get a sweet discount at most clubs. So legal access to some of the most incredible medicine in the world(we already have better pot all told than Amsterdam in just a few short years IMHO). So the sick can get affordable medicine. Yeah it's not cheap for everyone else, but if money is that tight you can always grown your own.

So what's the problem? Where is the downside? That a couple of people who happen to be assholes are getting rich? Is that what this is all about?

Stinks like jealousy to me.

he said he doesnt want the government to grow it, he already said he doesnt mind paying tax as long as he gets to grow it.

There will be no Gov involvement until they change there law that legalizes MJ. Every law, initiative,Bill that any state has is on a state level. The Fed Gov can not get involved with mmj/mj at all until they change there law. All they can do is continue to bust people until things change thats why I want MJ legalized so my brothers and sister around the USA dont get sent to jail for MJ.
