the 250 gig? yeah its pretty nice...its the slim though so you run the same chance (just like the ps2) of having some laser issues (and durability) is your ps3 BC? sorry i work at game stop and am a slight video game nerd so i ask alot of random questions

and brag away, im not very good at them but if i was...you best be believing i would be bragging...at least a little bit anyway

and yes Bioshock 2 is supposed to be better then the first one by far...that and FF are making me really think of switching from 360 to PS3, the graphics for both of those games are just going to be a million times better on the ps3 then the 360.

Play station 3 backwards compatible. aka does it play any ps2 games? Yeah im a supervisor there, have been for almost 2 years now. its a pretty chill job i dont get paid enough though

I'm a big time gamer....I was almost sponsored for call of duty world at war for the 360....I stopped playing it because of all the glitches.....im up on MF2 for the ps3 (im on the old 20 gig one...) right now because my 360 took a shit on me.....Ive had them all......the only thing i don't have is the Nintendo Wii....but that might be next.....

Well the mic game on the 360's are way better than the ps3.....hands down...the mic game sucks for ps3...well maybe it sucks because I have this MadCatz bluetooth headset....lol, hey it was only 40bucks....

the ps3 seems to be a lot smoother on the screen play and graphics look damn real........ run both on HDMI TV'S.....

straight up Pepsi vs Coke type of deal... either you like it or you dont....I got a bunch of fam on friends on the 360 so it kind of makes it more fun for me....

but since my 360 is down for the moment....I'll rock my ps3 with pride, tell the wheels fall off....

Dude thats awesome about the almost being sponsored for COD, not so awesome on the crappy 360. I'm lucky in the aspect that my 360 hasnt gotten the red ring of death. It's a refurbished 360 (i got it at work...go discounts!) brand new mostly...3 year warranty + red ring service. I've dropped it like twice, from pretty high distances too. It makes some funny noises, and glitches sometimes (the mw2 glitch is common on the 360) but so far all good. Ive been tossing the idea of getting a ps3 for many reasons mostly because of the WAY better graphics. the online community is more well known on the 360 but the graphics and just the overall versatility of the ps3 is drawing me towards the dark side. Lucky they dropped in price so there more in my price range. Plus the new final fantasy game and god of war 3 will look AMAZING on my pretty new hdtv (yay for xmas gifts!).

to be perfectly honest i never understood the hype behind the wii. i get the wii fit idea kinda but besides that i just don't see it. Its a good party system(drunken bowling!), but the graphics aren't very good, the choices of games and just the whole "futuristic video gaming system" is kinda weird to me. Its good for familys and little kids though. Alot of games that you can get on the DS you can get for the wii...and of course your game cube games..so pretty much its a more expensive more popular game cube.

I would have to say Im a big Playstation fan. Dont both Nintendo & X box make you pay ta play online? I realy dig that tyhe ps3 network is pretty much free.

yeah 360 you pay...and i guess for the wii you pay, its more paying for the games then the ability to play online. rumor is that your gonna have to start paying for the online on the ps3

ill be honest its been a while since ive updated my rumor mill with the ps3. the last time i checked the rumor was that it would be changed to having to pay for everything, but yes i did hear about how ps3 owners would only have to pay for any upgrades or things like that...not for the entire thing itself. so who knows? guess well just have to wait and see...

In this house we have a 360,ps3 and a WII. Now we also have a Ps3 upstairs were we can stream movies from the downstairs pc to it. (ps3 media server).

I can get either of my thumbs to pop on demand and like I tell my little one,I'm good at these because I've played them since they were invented.

I remember X-Mas day MANY MANY years ago I'm sitting on the floor playing Altered Beast for the Sega and look to my gf who is now my wife and say "someday these games will make more money than the movies do" she laughed her ass off saying you big kids and your games.

Now COD 2 grossed 750 million in 4 days making it the biggest launch OF ANYTHING EVER and I get a chance to laugh back and say I told ya so.

I have owned EVEY system ever made including the Intellivision as well as the 3DO and of course PONG.

Now A Word Of Caution:

You guys don't need to be coming to these boards and posting up your live sig so that you may share the joy of these games with what you think our your friends. This is the internet and anyone can be anyone they want with a few stokes of the keys.
