There was this cop who after a career as an intradiction officer decided to coach people on how not to get popped. Look up "Never Get Busted Again" on youtube. In the second video series he covers topics pertaining to growing and selling. He even shows in real time what a forward looking infared camera (FLIR) sees. Unless you are growing in a room with enough heat to make the actual room hot (ie a grow house type set up) or are venting in a fashion that creates a plume you are ok. Don't take my word for it. Check it out yourself.

Its all good once they bust in the door on a few dozen saltwater fish-tank owners and get their collective pants sued off I bet it will be more official.
I mean I know from personal experience that the wattage they use is right on scale with ours.

Hell I think that every time I see a cop on a motorcycle and a radar gun. Who gives a SHIT about speeding, anyway?

I must play too much Grand Theft Auto, i see cop cars and think, "man I could SO nail that fucker with an RPG from here!"

LOL

Now that wouldn't be sporting after all little Jonnie spent all his life dreaming of being a two wheeled tax collector dressed like bacon ;) If you :booked: him they would just promote little Timmy out of the post office.

Peace, :joint:

There were at least two, maybe three that I had made on different topics. You can't see them because they got deleted...

This site is great, but I find "Security Threads" get slammed down or deleted if the anti-government reteroic is too tough. That is my opinion as a stoner surfing the site.

I was thinking to myself... How many locked threads have I posted in? Why do some seem to get locked quick even without enter member fighting? My suposition is the anti-government business need to be not so rough for the thread to stay open. :dunno:

BRITISH POLICE TELL PUBLIC TO LOOK FOR MELTED SNOW FOR CANNABIS FACTORIES
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/l...re/8447110.stm

"Snow melting prematurely on a roof could be a clue that the house is being used as a cannabis factory, police say.

They said cannabis factories were equipped with high-level lighting, which generates a lot of heat, causing snow and ice to melt."

Be warned folks ..... it's going to get colder too

Of course if you have a filtered system like me, you can exhaust the warm air into the whole house and benefit from 'waste heat'

yea i was reading in the 09/10 uk police guidelines for "grow factories" about this

it says that thermal imaging cameras have to be requested specially by the po po, once other lines of investigation have proven a premises to be being used for such activities.......... because alone it is not enough proof to start allegations or even them watching people.

more old people that have never upgraded their insulation, get their doors busted in, than growers at the hands of thermal imaging cameras..

so those dirty, sweaty, brain dead, back stabbing, cock jockeys that police this piece of land have to be carefull with that piece of tech.....

it also says in those guidelines that anyone growing 1 plant, can only receive a caution, and nothing more..........we just need to get some beans into the hands of everyone in the uk, and then we will all be above prosecution....

While reading this thread.....and thinking. If one was really worried about their heat signature, I wonder how those solartubes would work? The ones that bring the natural sunlight into your house, instead of using heat producing lights.
