cuz if not then Ill nominate atmosphere.

Does the post containing the nominated picture need to be dated for Jan.?

Generally I wont nom any pic that's older then 2 months. I have not had any issues following this guideline.

Usually I only accept pics that were posted within about a year of the current poll to make sure that the member nominated is still at least semi-active on the forum, to give newer pics/members the chance and make it easier not to repost pics that have already been in past polls. Since it is so early in the year, any pics posted on or after January 2009 are eligible

I’d like to nominate DutchGrown for this image of C99 in the DG’s Holiday Bud Shots thread. This member has a new camera,lenses, and is working very hard to capture some good images. I believe they have with this shot. Nice blur background, clear focus, some unique lighting..not sure how we managed that. Very nice..DD
