Theres 10 routines in there, and no im not but it just so happens to be the best place to get the best weight training info without all the bullshit trolling and bad bodybuilding advice that every other forum is swamped with. Pick one you like read the other articles look up the exercises on google/youtube so you know what your doing and stick with it until you feel the need to switch to something else. If you don't understand the routines then stick with the first one on the list.
If you were not familiar with Hardgainer Training, Westside Barbell Training or DC training you wouldn't attempt the routine without fully understanding the principles which would require you to read other articles on the site that go in depth on those methods.
You may find this an easier thread to read, I liked the other one because it had the lower volume routines first which work better for beginners that need to get a lot stronger before attempting a higher volume routine. oh for sure. that's totally what it is, but i was never this bad...
im such a nerd, uber nerd that will never change, but there are mindsets you can change and not change who you are, but will make leaps and bounds of difference in your whole game. (though the girls im into are usually the nerd lovers anyways, becuase theyre smarter and like learning things like me, and not just looking in the mirror. though i like both types of gals
) This is what yummy doesnt get, really. You cant just think you want to act differently, and that will change bad habits, just like quitting smoking, one cannot do it if they dont really believe it.
