CA really needs an Initiative to define Dispensaries. The arguing is self defeating, and it's absurd to think that a distribution chain is going to be set up without people getting compensated.

Goddamn it's cold as a fucking witches teat here in DC. A foot and a half of ice covered snow on the ground, cops pulling guns on people having snowball fights, shuttle driver was a maniac, everybody on I-95 tailgating everyone else, crap it's good to be home even though I had to give back the 3 hours I gained from moving west.

I agree. 215 was so ambiguous. It is going to take another initiative or bill to define the distribution process. The other states have learned from Cali's mistakes. So sad to see the lead state so far behind. I think the only way we are going to see the distribution process defined is through the appellate courts. First state in one way, last in another.

Hey there in DC, air cool them lights and put the heat to good use. :freezing:

But that's just it. We would have never been able to sell it to the public if it wasn't so ambiguous.

We got what we deserved.

Ambiguity. ...hmmm,

.. from a legal "style," standpoint, I agree. From a "freedom" standpoint, the ambiguity can also be seen as an opportunity for "honest," people to take the ball and "run with it," in a positive, new direction – away from the FDA and Washington's disempowering control of our lives and health.
Our leaders have failed miserably by consistently approving drugs that have more negative side effects than cures. We have a drug here, "cannabis," that is already able to "SAFELY" take the place of most of the FDA, "money makers!"

...medical cannabis, a do-all drug, with a large pharmaceutical window – that almost anyone can manufacture with some seeds, soil, water and light!
!!!! Is that empowering??!!!!!
I'd say so!
...and cannabis is "(so)," in the hands of the people, thanks to that "ambiguity."

All these three documents (215, 420, AG) are empowering, if people act responsibly and see the big picture and what is really at stake here.

Instead of celebrating, in magazines, in showy products, with rappers, as if it were legal now, it could be suggested to many dispensaries in LA – to tone it down some, and adopt a more serious, responsible attitude toward medicine, that will honor the freedom from the FDA, that the "ambiguity," of our existing guidelines provides,

...and not give corporate entities any fuel for revision.

From a freedom standpoint there can be no justification to the invasion of any persons freedom and privacy to grow or not on their own land.

From a US legal stand point natural supplements are NOT regulated by the FDA. This plant is much more beneficial and much less potentially harmful than many natural remedies and supplements. There can be no moral or ethical justification for treating MJ differently than ginkgo, ginseng, or echinacea.

No one on this thread has raised ANY valid ethical or moral arguement that would sanctify the theft of personal liberties; however these same apologists continue to debate the finer points of the immoral and unethical LEGAL abuse of their own free born rights.

I'd ask all of you to quit acting as the lucky jews working in a concentration camp who unhappily yet repeatedly supported the daily murder of their own family and genocide of their race.

Peace, :joint:
