we've def decided to get married, and yeah it's pretty fast, i guess you just know it's right when its right.

even tho we have both decided that we are going to i still wanna propose to her and make it special, but i need some ideas????

...something more private (no plane banners or scoreboard proposals)

...and yeah im still gaga over her every day!

OK...this is probably impossible, but I'll just toss it out there in the spirit of brainstorming...

You choose the stage, somewhere in the great outdoors, as special a place for her as possible. The big idea...hook up with a falconer in your area. Have the falconer and his/her bird off a bit in the distance, but not too far. You have brought a falconer's glove with you in your backpack. The falconer ties the ring around the birds neck or leg or whatever, and the falconer releases the bird so that it flies to you and lands on your gloved hand. Your lady friend's jaw will already be dropping, even before you take the ring from the bird, get on your knee, and pop the big one.

oh man i remember when i proposed. it was at a friends family picnic, she had no clue, i drank so much before i proposed and i was still shaking from being so friggin nervous. . .

best thing my ex-wife did for me was show me what kind of woman i DONT want!!! my wife now is more than a diamond in the rough.

if the outdoors is your thing then go for it!!! a nice quiet spot that you can come back to on the anniversary or your proposal. not many people think of the longevity of what they do, if possible try to make it a special place that you guys can go back to and do whatever you want in/at.
