Also What was the name of that other drunk guy..Jeff the drunk, he had a lil arm sling and i think they did a thing where some girl got handcuffed to him for 2 days and won a breast implant job or something, I loved that show...

that poor girl... jeff got into a fight while handcuffed to her!!! he was taking a dump and she was outside of the bathroom, and she couldn't take the stench and started throwing up... when it was time to get released she started crying, saying Jeff had grown on her and she loved him!!

Howard's done some really funny stuff. Yea his schtick gets old. I turn him off. Then I turn it on the next time and they make me laugh again. Then I'll get tired of him and turn him off again.
