Id put a down payment on a couple of houses in a University City
If I had anything left over, I'd get a cottage within an hour of a major city.

I would buy a newer used car that doesn't need so many repairs then, donate the rest to Homeless Shelters and Food Banks.

I would buy a huge piece of property in a secluded area, with a huge basement that I can set up a lighting system & temperature regulation... Im always down with making money.. I would also like to try outdoor growing. I do however need a reliable vehicle, so I would probably get a decent suv for like 17k so I dont have to worry about mine always breaking down.

You know, I haven't even posted what I WOULD do with the money. I guess I just wanted to hear other people's opinions. And thank you all for them.
Being a loan officer since 2002 to 2007, I probably wouldn't invest into a home in today's market because I was involved in the sub-prime boom and collapse and I know that properties will still depreciate another 15% - 25% in the next year. Regardless if they tell you that median home prices are beginning to raise. Don't believe that B.S.

$60,000 Commercial Grow Operation, equipment, and all bills paid for 3-4 months
$50,000 (left)
$20,000 Give to my Momma (hopefully it will help her with some bills)
$30,000 (left) put it away and focus on my grow operation.
It would be nice to have an extra 150K lying around. Damn!
