propper Haze will give you the shakes,,,,,,make you feel like you just got an eletric shock,,,,,twitchy,,,paranoid,,,high as fuk,,,,,i sometimes even lose motor function wien i get the chance to smoke a propper Haze

PR was very very strong pot in the 70's. I don't know about out of body, but I remember very well it making my ears hum, and the feeling you get when you overamp and toke too much at one time...but without the sickish feeling. Eyes completely wrecked. Buzz all afternoon on one doob.ok now ive never smoked it but a friend of mine whos been around for a long time said in the 70's panama red would almost make you trip, he puffs tuff and says he hasnt has anything since then thats had the same effect. Can anyone verify anything about the effects of "Panama Red"??

I've heard a lot of talk about the African strains being stupifyingly psychoactive, but then I see no one grow them out on this forum. Nobody keeps these genetics around.
I'd have to say any strong, that is almost 100% sativa plant will give me a much more trippy experience.
Some notable strains:
SAGE - Can give me weird audio hallucinations. My senses seemed to be heightened as well
Alaskan/Matanuska Thunderfuck - Gives me the shimmy-shimmy shakes
Any Haze will give me the best ideas every.

I had some Oaxacan once in the early 70s that made moving tapestries form on a bare wall. Amazing stuff. The stuff of legend. Lime green it was. Unfortuantely it was swallowed by the highway when I got busted by a cop for hitchhiking on the interstate outside of Cicero, IL. He searched me and found it. To this day, I feel grateful that he only made me dump it out (sob) rather than run me in - choosing to take me to the next exit and letting me hitch from there. Close call. He must have found me too pathetic to arrest. Still, I'd give my eye teeth to come across that stuff again.

Back many years ago I cooked about 6 or 7 ozs of leaf in 1 lb of butter using a crock pot. Made some brownies with the butter. Ate about 3 or 4 brownies and vaguely remember seeing things move around in a most stupefying manner. Not really pleasant but positively hallucinatory. I was young and stupid then. Now I am just plain old and stupid.

Back in 1977 I went to Flagstaff AZ to see my old girlfriend. We were partying with some friends of hers. College crowd. They had some ?? can't remember, might have been Colombian, might have been Haze. They had this 4' bong. I was standing and bent over to take the hit. I cleared that 1 hit bowl and all/most of the smoke.
I was driving down the road like i had been for days, in my 69 New Yorker. Out of the distance from somewhere while i was driving i heard a voice.
"Hazy." "Hazy." The highway rolled on.
It was my old girlfriend. Weird. Then she sounded louder. The highway started to fade. "Hazy!" "Hazy!"
The car was gone and as the fog cleared, I realized that I was standing there bent over leaning on that big bong. I was swaying, trying not to lean to hard on the bong and break it, trying to use it to keep from falling down.
Good weed.
Or oxygen deprivation from such a huge hit.

I've gotten trip-like effects from making extremely potent edibles. The equivalent of about 2 ounces of schwag was used to make one batch of cookies. A quarter of a cookie resulted in the standard geometric grids over everything. Although, this could be an artifact of my over indulgence in hallucinogens in the 90's.
