Does anyone else feel overwhelmed by a thread with too many replies.

I often forget what the thing was about in the first place,.. until i see the subject again.

I try to stick to the not crowded ones, a bit like life really lmao.

It helps to use the tools within the thread, like the search feature within the thread, or you can click on a username and filter the thread to only show their posts.

If you truly want to read the whole thread, I've noticed some people will continually add posts of no value to me, their posts are usually coupled with someone else, so when I see their avatar or a post quoting their post, I don't read it.

You can also skim read, you don't have to say the words in your head to understand the message.

I click to the end of the thread and just release my anger on the very last poster. Saves alot of time..

for fear of crowding this thread, I can neither agree nor disagree with your original assertion.

yeah, I know what ya mean...I start out looking for a specific post within a thread, THEN
I realize the thread is like a bazillion pages and replies long or somethin. HA! Mostly I'm
stoned when I do this ramble-on shit anyway...THEN I remember the search function
and can even remember enough about the post I am looking for sometimes. 90% of the
time I find what it is I am looking for though.

use the quote function to make it clear whos responding to who. then if it doesnt apply dont worry about it. if its not relavent ignore it. somone made somone think of something
