I've been watching this thread while working on my almost identical grow and I'm glad your little lady is growing so nicely! Unfortunately my luck isn't going as well. I originally started with 336w too, but I don't have such a nice large fan for ventilation so I had to cut my lighting in half to keep temps low.

Thanks for the comments! How's your lady doing? My box isn't to full capacity light wise, either. I'm not even sure exactly how much I have at the moment. Somewhere in the 200w range, but it seems to be doing well. And man, yeah, I love the S&P fan, it's awesome.

Should be fun! I have heard mixed reviews on the "Trainwreck" but mostly, people say it's not the real deal, but it's a damn good plant with very similar traits. Can't wait to find out for myself.

Hey Hella! I just finished the whole long trainwreck thread the other day, to learn up on the cross I'm growing currently. It looks like a great strain for micro to me, kind of self LSTing. I had to crush the stems to train them an hour ago and I've never smelled such a strong, messed up stink from seedlings. It was horrible, but in a good way of course Here's to your rapidly approaching harvest!

What up Scrub! I, too, have been reading the big Trainwreck thread... lots of good info in there.
You're not the only one who described some of the smells as simply awful, horrible, death and decay, petrol, literal shit during flower. Most of the unbearable, pungent tones dissipate after a nice cure though.

Its embarrassing to say, but my plants have been going for about a month now and none are more than an inch tall.thizzness-
I think this was caused by way too much heat, a terrible soil mixture, and with overwatering on top of that. I'm quite surprised that they're even still alive. So just remember that no matter how bad you do, it'll be hard to do worse than me. Are you planning on keeping the CFLs through harvest? After doing a lot of reading here, I think I'm gonna ditch the CFLs for a 150w HPS. Apparently that will actually run cooler than a gang of CFLs, and the increased bud density doesn't hurt either.

Sorry to hear that man. Heat early on will really fuck things up... That's how I managed to kill 80% of my initial crop. And as you have seen, over watering can be just as bad. What soil you using? Do you think it was too nute rich or something? Like you said though, they're still alive! Such a strong, resilient plant!
Yessir. I'll be suing this exact setup for the next few harvests. I've talked a lot about my intentions for the future previous in the thread... but I'll run over it again for ya. I'm getting a small veg tent in a few weeks with some CFLs, and I'll use "big green" as my flower box until I can afford my dream setup... 2' x 2' x 6' tent with a 250w HPS. So for now, CFLs it is.

I was using miracle grow organic choice. I'd read both good and bad things about it, so I decided to try it for myself since its essentially the only choice i have locally. terrible terrible terrible idea. That stuff is infested with gnats. To make it worse, I didn't even mix in any perlite. I mixed in perlite 50/50 today so maybe I'll be able to rescue the poor things.
But if that doesn't work I'm also germing some bagseed which I'm gonna try out in a hempy grow. Using all perlite & verm as the growing medium should be hard to fuck up.
And I hope you get that grow tent soon. This is a fun hobby, but fuck, its so hard to stop spending money on it.

I went from close to total failure over many, many seeds, to 100% success on these and they're growing so well. 
I noticed you mentioned jiffy pellets earlier, that's what I attribute my overnight change in success to. I love 'em. Keep us updated!

Hey Scrub, do you just germ right inside the pellet? Is the hole in the middle too deep for a little seed or do they find their way out just fine?
I'm a noob and I've already had about a 98% success rate on germination. I've had 22 successful and only one that failed. My method works well I guess, but I've always wanted to try the pellets/rooters.

I checked on the lady and babies tonight... oh my is the lady looking tasty! Starting to really bud up now. It still has a very long way to go, but she's chuggin along nicely! A few of her hairs are turning a nice orange color and she smells great. I'm still running with no odor control at the moment and it's starting to show I love walking into the room now and taking a massive whiff of the dank air.The seedlings are doing well. The big bag seed is taking off and the Mazar is struggling a bit, but she will come to her senses soon enough.
Pictures this weekend. I want to keep you guys in suspense!

Here are the 2 seedlings. On the left is the very vigorous UBS and on the right is a slightly deformed and accidentally over watered Mazar-I-Shariff.
And here are 2 new unkown bag seeds just going into paper towels after a 24 hour soak.
Hopefully she will pack on more trichs. I'm not worried though... this girl is going to take forever to flower, and I'm sure by the time she;s ready she will be coated. I just hope I get some decent trim to make BHO out of
