You know, i myself thought about doing something this radical - but i have no friends with balls that big.

Just kidding. But it would sure give you one hell of an adrenaline rush holdin 100,000 dollars (or more) free and clear!

Ha ha ha, another gangster personality running a totally good thing. Imagine if they would of had some common freaking sense. Lived low, not even that bad just on the down low. A nice run down cabin on the lake, slowly fixing it up. Maybe even restore and old boat, damn there are lot's of places to hide money if you are slow and determined......hell, even some places kinda quick but I'm not so good at that. I can't believe I missed out on this story, I get sick of the gangster wigga attitude.......talk about a pandemic!

Ya, surely would of burried some of that cash in ammo cans......or better yet non-metallic tight boxes.

This thread to me is like "The Catcher in The Rye." It's something that without even realizing, I end up reading it at least once a year. I just finished reading the juicy parts. Since we have had so many new members, I hope they enjoy.

I am not big into bumping old threads, but this one is an oldy but a goody.

well the guy wasn't bringing in hard drugs

he was a kid, and he wanted to have fun, make easy (debatable) money

there are loads of kids that are living off drug sales

not sure if all of them get caught

loads of people in general these days. I have more friends without jobs than with them. easier than finding a real job right now.

that's a good read. I still don't see how they went from a pound to all of a sudden like "millions of dollars and hundreds of pounds." There's a huge gap in between "they doubled their $1,500" and "had duffle bags with hundreds of thousands of dollars." That would take years.

well in the states... weed sells like hot cakes

I also think they had friends that would do small distribution

in the states, it's easy to sell a lot, but a lot of police resources on your ass

hmm. You'd think these kids would have paid off a cop or two. I know I would. Just find the weak link and bribe or blackmail them. Shit, most cops make what...80k? They say their salaries are @ 40k, but then you figure all the overtime and other bullshit they steal from the taxpayer's coffers...if you paid one 100k they'd essentially be working for YOU

You aren't really dealing with Rhodes Scholars in this instance.

If I'd had those resources at that age...

Shit. I'd be really fucking rich.

Fuckin Escalades...What a tool.

It's funny, I remember reading this years ago and it motivated me more than any self-help book or guidance counselor session ever.

I think that says a lot about me.

so true. its funny when i see the older folks with their 100p harvests and they pull up in the cuttiest peice of crap car haha. maybe they got a benz tucked away in the garage, but for every day appearances a boring looking car is a must. big rims, loud sound systems, all that is detrimental to your longevity in the game.

H

h^2 O

yup. Also...question - if you just like magically own a sweet car out of the blue, do the cops or anyone have the right to demand to know how you got the car/money for it??????????

if they're investigating you for possible drug trafficking, yes they do have that right. traffic stop or anything short of that, no. cept maybe the IRS if you're in a state where you're required to have insurance. they might wonder why you have a $45k Caddy when you make 25k a year.

H

h^2 O

oh it wouldn't be a 45k Caddy it would be a 160k Ferrari 360 Modena...
hmmmm
Well I guess I need to pay attention to my business and math nerd friends for tips on how to launder and all the things the legitimate business people do. Could make up a corporation and have all my assets under the corporation
