12/12 from seed, 70w CFL

I'm back.
If your wondering what happened to my first log.. sadly all ten plants turned out male after about a month on 12/12.

This time I have six plants opposed to ten. The setup is simple.
Grow space in inches is like 10W x 20H x 20D
Miracle-gro soil
pc fan exhaust
two passive intakes
pc fan blowing on plants/lights
70w of CFL, one-42w, two-14w
12/12 from seed
three sativa bagseed
three bagseed from mids

The plants are now 14days old from when I put sprouts under light. I'll post pictures when the lights come on.

15days from going under lights.
Starting to branch out. Some light burn on one plant, my bad. Will transplant to 2L bottles when they sex. Doing weekly updates.

Day22 update

Two plants left after getting 4 males. One is topped at third set. Transplanting to 2L.

Hiya Kaze420 , here's hoping you get something better than all males , that's harsh what happened last time. Plants are looking nice and healthy, keep it up bro.

Pretty sure that initiating flowering with a cool bulb will raise the rates of females over using a warm bulb.

you've just got that fan blowing on the bulbs?

Theres a pc fan exhaust. A pc fan hits plants/lights. Temps stay 85-90F on, 80 or less off. Any burn is from them growing into lights.

Day23.. Lights just on. The plant pictured in 2L looks female. I see hairs!

I'm curious about this myself.. I've read that 90f is too high.. but will it have any real detrimental effect on the plants? Seems like 90f would be a typical summer day outdoors..

90 degrees max you should be ok .

you should tie them down there gonna double in size during flowering.

Day25 update.. 2 Females! The topped plant just showed at lights on. I'm not to good with taking pictures so take my word for it lol.

quick question: did you use a cell phone charger to rig up your pc fans? if so any pointers on how that works? i saw the tutorial for pc fans but im just not gettin it, thanks

You see the red and black wires coming from the fan.. Just match red to red, black to black on the chargers wires. Then wrap exposed area with electrical tape.

One of my chargers had two blacks. So test it.
