honestly man. I took some pictures tonight of the bad ones because its really starting to scare me.

Not to mention, I found spider mites on two plants. 1 had it pretty bad so I chopped her down and took her out of my room.

I dont know what to do. I know it has something to do with this stupid CoCo/SOIL mix. Its just not making sense.

hm do you measure your ec data? if yes what ec are you running?
i think you could feed them some more nutrients, cant see any burning tips or something similar. which day are you on? because those leaves turning yellow is a good thing at the very last week!

you should take some care of the spidermites. from my experience they love chronic and its not a very pest resistant strain!

I would say about 20-23 days. About 3 weeks I would assume. Gonna feed for heavy for another week and start my flush.

Hopefully my issues dont effect me to much. I dont care about the yield im gonna miss im just worried about the bud quality being awful.

Hey man. Nice timing right?!?! what are you doing up?!?! lol!

I took care of the spidermites as far as I can tell. I got rid of the only plant they were effecting just as a pre-cautionary. This one plant had it BAD..

Ive been keeping it cold in my room (70 degrees, +/- 2*) to help rid the spider mites.. I noticed they came as soon as I stopped running my A/C.

I believe they could use more food as well. I think that is half my problem. I fed them some Nitrogen last night which is probably going to be my last nitrogen feeding and then Im gonna give them strong bloom nutes until flush.

Hopefully I make it to harvest.

I'll keep everyone posted.

Some plants are going to yield nearly double then others in my room. Ive had to throw away (1) and I had to toss (HALF of 1) because my cat fell on it and broke two of 4 branches.

Its unfortunate but oh well. The single cola from the plant that broke is absolutely huge.

Some bitches look much farther along then others.

I found some spider mites on a few more girls tonight, nothing to bad but trying to keep it under control. Today is day 43/44. I'm going to feed once more then flush.

Here is a picture to show the difference in buds. Like I said, some look much farther along then others.

Hopefully the ones that have super long hairs start to fill out soon.

EDIT: I hand water them evenly by using a pitcher to pour the water in. Some use more water then others but Ive been trying to water daily or every other day if i give them a big watering like tonight.

Hey,

Looking good. Pity about the Cat, and the mites! never had a run in with either! and pray not to.

how do you think your training has gone with them? i've started attempting to pinch mine but with internodes 1cm or so apart its difficult, stems are very fat too.

Cant wait to check your yeild, should be in by the time i switch to flower :)

Going on the first photos, were you about 1-1.5ft high before you switched??

Good luck with it!

Hey guys! Thanks for the responses. Some updated pictures right before lights on.

Battling the mites well, getting rid of anything I see every night.. been keeping the humidity up as well. Its at 45% right now which is about perfect. I want it a little lower but am nervous the mites may enjoy the low humidity so im gonna keep it up.

Ditching a huge snowboarding trip I had planned this week due to mites, so hopefully the end result will pay off.

bterzz you're supposed to plan the snow trip for 2 weeks after harvest that way you have lots of nug to burn and no worries on your mind! speaking of boarding though, shoot me a pm if you ever make it out to CO we ride or die 'round here

sucks about the mites i've had some so-so crops due to infestations, here's a trick that i came up with to deal with mites around harvest time:
get a little dirt devil with the hose attachment, tape off the end, then stick a straw in there....it's basically a ghetto micro-attachment that allows you to do precision mite cleanup.....works great for keeping your tops healthy in the last week or so, and there's not much else you can do at that point!

like this one: http://www.dirtdevil.com/products/details.aspx?id=SD20005RED

it looks like a dustbuster, but it's got way more power

LOL! I've actually been shop vaccing the shit out of them. I think thats why they're not spreading so quickly. I'm gonna try to make the tip even smaller, though.

Good lookin out! Last time I went to Aspen I wont be back! Stuck up assholes there :D :D Besides you, if thats where you live :)
