This can b a problem cuz patients get scared and won't back up the collective when contacted about the grow by The sheriff. Is it even legal for them to contact other members I'm thinking about blacking out patients contact info from the copies on thier recs at the collective grow. They just intimidate people.

Um, yes they are. That's what SB420 was supposed to be for. They are not allowed to LIMIT Prop 215, but they can EXPAND it. With SB420, you weren't supposed to be arrested if you had below those thresholds, which is an epansion. (Read the preamble and author's intent to the bill). But the cops don't give a shit anyway. When I was arrested they told me "We don't believe in Prop 215!"

And also, they didn't do much to tell us this but, 8 oz, 6 mature or 12 immature were "conceptual guides" for the officer to use as a guide..
That didn't happen and yes they were busting people on counts and weight. For example One area of the state saw 10 plants and thought nothing of it and another area saw 10 plants and wanted to send that person to prison for life kind of thing.

Now they can arrest any of us at any time if they want.. And they still can..

Really? If you have a consitutional right then you are innocent until proven guilty. Yeah you can be arrested, but if you are legit you will be able to prove that in court. You just have to have no more than you and your doctor deem necessary to treat your condition. That's the law. Sue them if they rob you.

Would you rather the legislators make "limit" guidelines for the police to follow (sb420)?

Like I said before, there is no legal answer to this problem.

What my doctor considers reasonable is not what a cop considers reasonable.

The are. The cali supreme court said legislators couldn't make limits that the cops would have to use as guidelines so it's up to the cop right now as to if he/she considers the amount you have as reasonable.

it's totally fubar but legally it's the way it is.
