i used to work LP, and if you got popped shoplifting you get a fine through the store. if you do some funky shit like run into the parking and cops get called you get a simple theft conviction.

theft convictions aint shit, every time im in court theres some good looking bitch whos there for retail theft, i got homies who been popped for the store credit scam, the shits a fine and probation and some classes on compulsive shoplifting.


if hes givin the pos two names a week he was the kind of kid who "tattle taled" in middle school, always hated those kids.

people who snitch are the ones who never slept a night on that cold cement bench....when you been there done that jail is more of a bragging right haha. i know kids who spend a few nights in 850 a few times a year LOL, it makes for good stories while drinking beers. maybe where im from is backwards, but going through the system is seriously a bragging right. maybe thats because SF is a fucking joke and they never stick charges, i cant speak for all of you guys in the dirty south where the cops are on some crazy shit.

that being said im thruogh with that shit and definately dont want to go there, but i keep it low key so i dont need to worry but if it happened i wouldnt sweat it. court and the system is a walk in the park now, as long as you arent in for felony assault or some shit like that. weeed is something the cops laugh about where im from.

When I was a kid I got snitched on for credit card stuff by someone who tried to do same thing but was dumb and fucked up and got caught...

5 years later someone I went to tech school with mentioned their name and when I inquried further found out this bloke at tech school put a plank of wood over this snitches head and put him in hospital.

I bought him lunch ... lol

when i was in high school my friend was doing light weight pot dealing dubs only.
some kid who bought from him got caught by his teacher because he could smell it walking past him had him searched in front of the police.
next thing you know my friend is begging me to stash his shit in my car and i did.
my friend later was told by another person who was in detention who it was. he was confronted and talked to very "seriously" talked to.

i forgot to say that the times i been busted was for cocaine..i sold that shit for 13 years

Experience seperates the best from the rest in this game..If you have never been arrested and have no experience with the cops , they can be very intimidating to you and try and break you down emotionally..I have been there !

You just have to remember one thing when you get caught or arrested.. Whatever you were caught with is done , you've been caught thats it , nothing can change now , swallow the jagged little pill , refuse to speak - '' Its your right to remain silent '' get your solicitor and ask for a coffee , there the only things you will have to say.

Remember cops are more experienced than you when dealing with '' criminals '' they interview many people and they can spot the weak one's straight away..If they even sense you are weak or emotionally unstable they will come down on you like a ton of bricks and break you..

Stay silent as hard as that might be for you , because when your looking at a cop eye to eye its different , but just shut your mouth and he will soon get bored of you..If you speak you could end up getting yourself in a whole different world of pain and a longer sentence.

Totally agree resinking. The first time I got arrested (very small amount of weed) I had a film container in my pocket with about a joint worth of smoke. I was waiting for a buddy to pick me up and a cop stops instead. Questions me about some runaway. I told him I lived down the road and was waiting for a friend. About the time I thought he was going to leave he asked me what was in my pocket. I tried to brush him off but that only made him more interested. I was 17 didnt realize he had no right to search and did as he asked and emptied my pockets. Of course he arrests me. On the way to jail he tries to get me to tell him where the smoke came from. I told him I found it walking from my house to the little store I was sitting outside of. He didnt buy the story but it seemed to get him off my ass.

As we get to the jail he asks me if I have anything else on me. I tell him no. I had a couple joints stashed in my baseball cap wich had slipped my mind. He tells me and this is why Im telling the story.. 'Good, cuz if you did have anything else after answering that question 'no' then it will be a second charge and a felony.' That pretty much scared the shit out of me. He went through everything except where I had them hid in my cap. When my buddy picked me up the next day I fired up a Joint as we was rolling out the parking lot. He was like WTF? I just started laughing.

I dont know if thats true that he could have charged me with a felony but he seemed quite serious. Said it had something to do with bringing it into the station. The amount wouldnt have changed if it had been one charge so I really should have told him just didnt know.

They kept u over night for a wrongful search and seizure, fucking pigs will do anything to get a bust, tickets, arrests just to make themselves look better. After all they are working and want to move up in ranks. i was wrongfully searched once and i let them know they were wrong, and they still did it and found NOTHING!

Another time I had a ex-relative that was a trooper pull me over. He knew I liked to smoke so demanded to search me. I told him no. He called out a rolling judge(constable) who pulled up my record and gave him the thumbs up to search. To bad he didnt find it muahaha

OK I'll give you a good one now , I didnt know the men involved personally but the lesson to be learned from it is priceless.....I'll keep it short and sweet --

2 men travelling in a car through a smallish town , a undercover cop watching traffic regonized the driver when the car is going past and knew him to be involved in the distrubition of drugs..The cop follows them and pulls them over not to long after he spots them..He goes through routine procedure like license and insurance , he then make conversation with the passenger and notices he is nervous and asks him is he ok , he responds yes im fine but the cop has become suspisious at this stage and asks the driver and him to step out of the car..He then proceeds to search and finds over - wait for it - 80 kilos of herbal cannabis in the boot ..

He arrests them both , there seperated and took to different police stations..Now here comes the juicy bit of the story folk's..The passenger under interrogation initally denied any involvement or knowing about the drugs in the boot but the cops broke him down and he confessed ..!!....!! He had just signed his own prison sentence through no one elses fault but his own for using his stupid dumb mouth..

its amazing how easy people fall for that crap. have you guys ever watched First 48?? i cant count how many times the cops HAVE NOTHING but they use a little fake pressure and these dumb fucks spill all the beans.

DENY DENY DENY DENY DENY, i was facing three counts of vandalism and had an eye witness to back it up!! from the get go i denied everything, blamed it on an imaginary "friend" who was "wearing the same baseball cap as me". Then i got a few of my own witnesses to back my story up LOL, just had to buy them some brews and smoke em out.


i had to go to court a few times but in the end the case was dropped.

even though it was just petty ass vandalism the principle remains the same.

Personally I always have tight lips but its hard to stay low when your number is out there for everybody to hit up, and even in my inner circle of friends we swap clones, beans , smoke etc. help with grow activities and other bullshit and know alot about each other. And especialy when thats your only source of income its super hard not to be out there for everybody to see. Back in the day I would get calls from people I didnt even know and meet them in seedy areas all for sm sacks and that being my only source of income I had no choice. My main point is no matter how tight your lips are people are watching you and ploting to set you up so be smart and plan your actions peace
