Hi bro,
well to know they are healty!I'm currently running a DWC too.I have 3 different sativa genetics in the same tank,are you doing the same with your plants?
I took 3 different genetics but considering the same flower time or almost.
How you will regulate at the end of bloom,when you need to flush them?
I ask you because it'a question mark for me,I hope they'll become mature togheder in the same time...or really I don't know how to do.

I guess i'm going to have to be creative, i will definately be letting the ak48 run a bit late. Only 1 of my White Rhino lived and the seedling died mysteriously. By running the ak48 late i might get that "narcotic stone" I'm looking for to help my medical insomnia needs. Although nirvana states ak48 can be commercially ready in 48 days i dont think 60 would be pushing it too far.

I guess i will then have to flush a bit early on the other strains something ive heard will hardly effect final yield if everything else is done right. If i also let the ak48 slow dry by chopping the base of stem and hanging upsidedown it might help the final taste? I could also process the harsher buds for hash if they are really bad, i dont think fertilizer salts effect trichomes?

I also will be using %90 of it in my Volcano Vaporizer which will help. But at the end of the day i want smooth tasty buds.

At the end of the day i doubt very much the weed i buy locally is flushed :\ so i think with a combination of things the ak48 will still be ok .

I'm going to ready your thread properly from start to finish and see if i can figure anything out for you .

Look at those AK48 bushes. As i mentioned a refshuffle to ensure cheese and big bang catch up. Their right in the sweet spot now. The ak48's are in charge of the right third of grow chamber .

I want Trainwreck in front so i can easily support his speculated "Trainshaped" buds.

Trainwreck is leading the stakes in vigor with ak48 followed closely behind.

The girls seem to have reached sexual maturity with pistillate and stinky stinky perfume. The spare ak48 that i pulled from the grow ive been sniffing repeditively hehehe. It smells like sweet pine. I'm going to try to turn it into a banzai plant.

Things are going fine, its disgustingly hot outside last few days, temps in cupboard reaching 35 and close to that in the room it sits i have lifted the light to its top position as I'm sure their using maximum lumens they can anyway.

In these temperatures an AC is almost needed but i think using 1.2-2.4kw to cool a 500w grow is a disgusting waste of fossil fuels. Id rather change 18/6 to 16/8.

The plants are happy in their tropical paradise anyway and once im 12/12 heat wont matter because i can run completely during the colder hours.

The girls are drinking like crazy the tank dropped 10cm in 24 hours .

PH is stable at 5.6 now. My TDS meter will not recalibrate properly the PPM displayed keeps sliding downwards so i have to replace the element i think.

Before i topped up i took some photos of the roots. All is looking healthy here although i think once I'm running 12/12 and cooler nights the roots will get a bit whiter & fuzzier.

Ive never grown Indicas before and it looks like their so bushy they'll never fill up the space until stretch. If anyone has advice on how big to let them get please let me know.
I doubt ill wait more then 5 more days before i flip, however i am expecting 1g/w.

They seem to be growing outward more then upward, i might have to use that as a guage to determine when to flip.

I cant wait to start flowering so i actually have something worth photographing. Ill bother to undo the door on the left for full cupboard shots then.

The AK48 are incredibly bushy, their is a huge amount of side branching compared to the other strains. Cheese has a similar structure.

3 more days to go i think, I was worried the 48's were going to take up half the chamber but after some research it seems the stretch of the other plants will let them fill up the spacea dequately.

The plants are quite stinky now, the cheese is gaining a chivey musty earthy kind of smell. The ak 48's have a hashy undernote. I cant stick my nose in the others yet , ill be doing a lot of that when i open the left door up for plant training. I can do some head to toe cupboard porn then as well .

The Trainwreck is quite sensitive showing nute burn almost immediately after the cause with GWS and BB following suite 24 hours later. I wish i still had White Rhino in the mix.

These AK 48's are acting more and more like Afghani dominant pheno's, if i get a hashy couchlock high to end my night with i might not miss the rhino so much! I could hit some trainwreck then some big bang, then some AK48 to finally seal the deal. My god i would be floating around like a tonne of bricks.

Thanks for the comments guys, I know veg aint to exciting. I'm going to do some detailed shots of the physical structure of each before flowering for comparison afterwards.
It will be hard to properly show ak48's knotted trunk, maybe a vertical panorama shot .

The girls are evening up nicely, the ak48's look about 2 days of veg older then the others, the compact branching is so ridiculous its like they've tied themselves in knots!

They truly stink now when i open the door, but my insecure carbon filter can deal with 50x that.

Ok I've decided to flip, I'm kinda basing it on the total biomass. You have to remember i designed this system with the specific goal of 1 LB Per cycle, anything else and ill be spending my own money on pot again.

Ive placed the stocky indica's at the back as i know the other plants will require some training, the 48's will be ready much sooner , however id rather have the PITA of harvesting around the front plants, then training around the front plants every 3 days. The front row all have Sativa style branch structure despite their fatty boommba leaves.

Flowering Day 1.

Day 1 flowering saw a 10cm stretch.

After messing around inside the chamber my right hand smells all different types of good.

I'm going to start training soon, I don't believe in SCROG id rather tie a line to the too high branches, but way down low on the particular limb. Then i tie the other end to something heavy like a screwdriver, and throw it over the edge of the DWC tub. This way it can still grow up when the weight is overcome and it will thicken up to support itself when it fattens up. If i tied it to something static i would constantly have to retie instead of just stringing something heavier onto the line.

There is lots of undergrowth junk leaves I'm going to trim at some point soon at the moment their soaking up too much light to warrant it.

Your right about tieing down, things are going to get cramped. But i want a challenge , and 1lb! lmao.

I think with a mostly indica pedigree everyone but the trainwreck will be ok, and I'm prepared to sacrifice several AK 48 #2 limbs to make sure those trains have somewhere to wreck!

Also I'm going to take some clones once Ive seen about 5 days of stretch, so i can be selective. I still have trainwreck, gws, cheese, lemon skunk & 3x BB and i plan to have a mother of each usefull phenotype. I was unfortunate that the Ak 48 #3 i pulled was actually the pine phenotype, however shes happy being a mom.

I haven't switched the tub to flowering nute's yet, however my last topup was 30ml a/b of canna flores to help with the changeover. Ill do this after 5 days flowering.

Im also going to run Cannazym PK 13/14 and Canna Boost. I was unsure of the boost but after seeing the "molasses vs boost" thread im happy ill get my R.O.I.

I'm thinking the Stretch on first day of flowering must of been them still growing rapidly from veg.

They are now elongating at the internode's, except the ak 48's.

The canopy looks nice. I don't think ill have a problem, i believe 6 maybe 12 maximum limbs ill have to weigh down. The stretch isn't giving me the heeby geebies yet.

Day 3 flowering. Height difference between ak48's and others is evident.

I had been backing off nutes quite low during the flip giving them a break up till FD3.

Now they are on Canna Flores @ 837ppm PH @ 5.3.
105ml of Flores a&b added
125ml Canna Boost added
100ml Canna Cannazyme added.

Water level is touching bottom of rockwool cubes in net pots.

I trained them today.

Their behaving well.

The ak48's are like dwarves in comparison to the other plants, their almost space fillers at the back right and left. Ive been plotting out in my head the circus it will be when i harvest them. I think its doable. Hrmm.
