I would buy stock in companies like RJ Reynolds or Phillip morris, since they're about to gear up to sell billions of dollars worth of weed. Since it would be doubtful I'd be able to compete with them in the long run, time to join em (ew!)

No it's not. I live in CO and I'm under my numbers and I'm still justifiably paranoid. People still get popped out here even when they are following the rules set forth by amendment 20. Nobody "legal" goes to Prison but they end up having 10-20k legal battles that consume years of their lives. If the powers that be want to ruin your life they will. 100% legalization is the only way we will be truly safe.

You make a lot of presumptions here. I'm not going after the golden ring, just sustain myself through my passion. Just because I'm not first to market doesn't mean I can't be successful

BTW, big companies may have a lot of resources, but they are by no means innovative with those resources! Small companies can do things big ones simply can't. Recent history is littered with success stories of small companies out-doing the big guys.

If pot is legalized I will do a giant heel kick (leprechaun style), followed by a back flip, and then proceed to finally grow my own medicine. It is retarded that people are forced into a situation where they have to waste money and risk their freedom and safety to buy something that is less than sub-par, of unkown origin, and has unknown effects. Until then I will continue to soak up information here at IC so that when the day finally comes I will be ready to help myself and those around me. I don't need a doctor to tell me when my quality of life is improved ten-fold with little or no problematic side-effects, just like I don't need a doctor to tell me that fast food makes me feel like shit.
