I still dig Sonoma county, 30 plants per patient (I grow for 8 patients in a collective) and 100 square feet of canopy per patient, no wattage limit. 3 pounds dried per patient.

Humbolt is good if you already live there, City of Eureka and Fortuna PD (and the CHP) all enforce the 6 mature/12 immature .5# dried SB420 laws.

All that and good wine...

Damn that place is awesome. :joint:

Your a shame to grass valley.

But I would recommend GV for sure.

Love the area.

Only county in California from my knowledge where you can have a 2 pound limit of weed?

why is Fuzzy a shame to Grass Valley? ,how can you say that without ever meeting or knowing a person
whoever posted this go away=no trolls

SC is expensive as F, kids pay 800 just to SHARE a room near campus. My brothers condo is a 2 bedroom 1300 sqft and rents for 2500...i live in a 3brm 1600sf multi story house in oakland hills for 2000 flat and i can see San Francisco from my living room...

This. I happen to be one of these fools paying $800 a month to share a room just so I can live close to campus and have a bedroom full of meds. Oh the sacrifices :D

haha yea i hear you gotta share a room with your boy haha....just up production to cover the extra rent and kick patty out!

at my old house we had a 3 bedroom, we converted one of the bedrooms and basically the weed was our roomate because the harvests covered the rent on that room (and ours lol) and we got to smoke alot for free.

Too bad your only looking into those 2 areas, both great, especially Santa Cruz, that was my stomping grounds for a long time as I grew up in the bay area and I lived on 120 acres of Summit-MtMadonna Rd in the MaymensFlat area, and that was an excellent grow environment, but I dont miss the area at all now that Im where Iam now!!
BUT if you consider what you could get her in Yuba County & Nevada County for $1500, it maybe an option, as you can get many different setups to fit your needs, i.e., outbuildings, sheds, acreage, and of course a great growing community and climate!!Just a thought!!
Best of luck ,I'm sure you'll find the right place, and hopefully real soon too!!

You're saying he wouldn't get arrested if the cops saw his 96 plant garden in Yuba or Nevada county? Two counties that, at least on paper, follow state minimum guidelines of 6/12 and 8 ounces?

El Dorado county foothills are great and cheap (especially further up towards Pollock Pines) Good limits (21 total plants per person up to 4 people) and great weather and season. Lots of weird conservative types and loads of bikers (great roads for motorcycles) but I like it up here, lots to do and some of the best herb I have seen in California.

Never said anything about his counts he was interested in, just that it was an option of a cool and beautiful area, sorry if I wasnt clear!!Yes those are the #'s set here, and what others do over that isnt my business.
Sorry for offending anyone and or being clear, maybe I shouldn't have posted anything as it really supplied no info or help in this thread!!!

Ok, I just wanted to clarify. I wouldn't want the guy to go setup a huge garden somewhere and be under the wrong impression, as that could turn out ugly.

AND ANOTHER THING I FORGOT TO MENTION I TO THE FUCK WHO said i would shame my town why beccause i INVITED a super chill cool mother fucker like NORCAL420 damn you ignorant fucks piss me off

I think he is pissed at you because of the information you posted for the world to see. PM would have been better. Like the mentality of Hawaiians and their surf spots. If you find something good don't tell the world.

Now even I am looking at property in and around grass valley. And so are a whole lotta other people.

The 100sq foot canopy thing sucks. You should look for legal people to hook up with. I would be interested in a deal like that. 4 oz of variety whenever I need it, so someone can use my numbers for moms or flower. Or just keep my own moms and swap clones for bud. Too bad I am not in cali yet...

Land in California is expensive, but if you go in with people and buy some land, then instead of traditional space/material wasting homes you can convert some containers into housing cheaply. Basically a large co-op, except people live there also. No more worries about if they are 215 accepted. Enough containers stacking up in cali to make them dirt cheap. Lack of jobs and many people with skills it takes to convert a shipping container will help drastically cut down the construction costs. And it can all be built in a month or less.

100 sq ft is plenty.
It got me over 70 pounds this year.
How much do you need?

Enough to swim in like Scrooge McDuck's money pool in duck tales.

I would also like to fill a few 5 gallon jugs with honey oil.

But seriously, what if people wanted to get into breeding, they could use the extra room for moms and offspring on top of regular medicating strains. 10'x10' is actually plenty, for some reason I was thinking 5'x5'.
